ADDENDUM-RECEU ED A CALL BACK FROM THE OWNER. THE $ WAS REFUNDED, AND THE CALL WAS AMIABLE AND SATISFACTORY. TO BE FAIR..THE OWNER WAS CONCERNED & WILL CHECK WITH THE CHEF. AS FOR ME .. IM WILLING TO GIVE IT ANOTHER TRY AT ANOTHER TIME.
2/20/25 Been to this establishment many times ..but after today will not be returning. Ordered what was supposed to be the grilled pork chops, with side salad and rice The pork chops were way too salty to eat...and too hard, almost stringy. They were not tender like usual. So I called to offer feedback: the person who answered indicated she would let her supv. know. A few min later she called back stating that the supv. was now requesting that I send a photo of the pork chop to her cell phone! Have you ever heard of such a thing?? What could you verify from a photo? I certainly know they couldn't taste it nor could they tell how tough the chop was. And why compel an employee to convey their personal cell # to any customer, as part of their solution? Needless to say I complied. A few min later ..The same person called back. not the supv .. with yet another request . The supv was now requesting for ME to give the supv a call?. Seriously?? Why would that be appropriate service recovery at this point? The young lady was very apologetic and said my $ would be refunded OK fine... but if you can't call a loyal customer back .. why should the customer come back???Just sayin'.... so you...
Read moreThe atmosphere is absolutely dreadful, loud and annoying annoying pop music, popularized by TikTok, is playing on constant loop, making you want to ram metal rod into your ears, just to get it to stop. In the televisions TV shows, such as SpongeBob, are playings for people suffering from brainrot, so they can put their mind at ease instead of spending quality time and having an actual human connection/conversation. and dont get me started on the staff, they seem to be more interested in their phones, then actually providing good service, and giving their workplace a good reputation. It took them nearly 25 minutes to even give us the menus, and ask us what we wanted to drink. The rude looks that I'd see every so often from the employee at the front desk, as he was clearly scrolling on tik tok, just tops the cake. You do not look at a paying customer, like they are an inconvenience, and trash. When I got the food, one of the shrimps was still frozen, avoid the place if you want to be treated like a human. I ordered a chicken bowl for takeout At first glance and taste of the meat I swear it was pork. I called and they apologized and offered to correct the mistake. I agreed and returned for my order, I was told I can keep the other order for my inconvenience I told them I didn't eat pork and received my new order. When I returned home and really looked at my food again and gave it a try I can honestly tell you I'm still not sure I received chicken. The meat is really thin and dry the seasoning is overpowering. I have ordered this dish before at other resturants and never had this problem before . My head started hurting after a few bits like you might get if you eat pork and normally don't or I guess it could be high in sodium.
