Allow me to update you on my experience. So I decided to return to Jetās bc simply, I love it there. Well the environment and customer service was stellar compared to my last visit. The pizza was exceptional as always which is why I returned. Thank you for the credit that I no idea I was gonna receive. It was appreciated. The young lady that took care of me and apologized for the previous visit. Thank you Jets and your staff for getting it right this time. š„°
Last night I placed a text order at 9:03 pm. Received a text saying it would be ready in 20 mins. I went inside about 9:20 pm. It took a few mins for the young woman to acknowledge my presence. I told her my order and she said it would be a few more mins. I asked if it was in the oven. She said it was. I sat in the lobby area to wait for my order. Prior to leaving I saw a different young woman slices pizzas, none of which were mine. So, at 9:37 pm I decided I had waited long enough. I left. I have n er had this experience when the young men are running this store. I call at the same time with my order and I have it within in 20 minutes. Not sure what has happened to this store but I would like the customer service I received when it first opened. After last night I was forced to go to another pizza place. Jets is my favorite place for pizza. Call me when you guys get it together. Otherwise Iāll be hanging out at Marcoās...

The last order I placed no one told me it was coming DoorDashā¦if I was told that 2 things would have happened differentlyā¦. Most likely I would have chosen not to order but if I chose to continue I would have added the tip to the transaction instead of tipping cash to the driver as I have in the past.( he is always great full and so very pleasant). DoorDash has proven to me to be unreliable. After the dash diver called me which is when I leaned this is how the delivery was being made I tried to answer and no response. I tried to return the call but no response. Now the worst part, I called the store and of course I am not happy . But in the middle of the conversation the lady on the phone said wow and belittle me to someone there, I am not to blame for The poor service⦠if you cannot make the delivery just say so and then I can choose differently. Donāt tell me one thing, then do something different, then blame me when your method fails. This is simple, if you say your guys are delivering then do it that wayā¦. I ordered online and swung in to pick up and figured Iād give a decent $5 cash tip for a pickup. I delivered pizzas all through college, 4-5 years, so I know what itās like. Iād drive 45 minutes for a $3 tip quite often. I was met with instant attitude. I paid $30 for two small pizzas and figured I could MAYBE get a blue cheese packet but no, which is ok because I didnāt expect it for free (even though I would at least toss one packet at a person since theyāre already overpaying) it was the annoyance of me even asking and the confusion that followed after that put me off. I still made sure I gave them a good tip which is at least something and she snatched it off the counter and threw it in the drawer without even a thank you or have a good night.
