So today I went into McDonald's and I placed an order on the touch screen. I had ordered three double fudge sundaes, one ice cream cone, and one medium fries. After I place my order this I did not get my receipt from the touch screen. So I went out front and I asked the gentleman for the receipt. He claims that he did not see my order but eventually he did see it on the backboard. Mind you I still didn't get my receipt. He started working on my chocolate fudge sundaes. He messed up the first time. I gave him some advice on how to do the chocolate fudge sundaes without chocolate spilling over and messing up. I told him you put the ice cream in, then you put the top on, and then you put the fudge in on top of the ice cream. He ignored what I said to him. Now I have three chocolate fudge sundaes with fudge on the sides of them and in the bag. Then he asks me do you want them in a cup holder. I said yes and to put them in a bag as well. He pulls out a four cup holder. I'm thinking maybe they got different bags. I don't understand where he was going with this but I did tell him that I was talking about the two cut holders. He didn't quite understand what I was talking about by the looks of things but eventually somebody told him what I was looking for. Anyways once he was finished with doing that he handed me my bags and I said to him you forgot one thing. You forgot my fries. That's when he got nasty with me. He said I was being rude. I was not being rude I was bored. I wasn't impatient, the best description I can say was I was numb to the mind. If it wasn't for the mad that my mom wanted her ice cream I would ask for a refund for everything. He refused to hand over my Fry's unless I said please. So I said please to get the fries and get out of there but I did try to report him to the manager. The manager refused to listen to me. She said if I wanted to report him contact the general manager on the receipt. What receipt I never got a receipt. By the way this is the same guy who refused to give me my receipt...
Read moreThis is the worst experience I've had at a McDonald's to date. I ordered with my code and the employee kept telling me the code didn't work after the app telling me, "WE GOT YOUR CODE!"
After explaining to this person what I wanted she told me she could give me "almost the same price." I asked her what that meant and that I needed it to be the $6.59 before tax that my code was good for. She instantly got an attitude impatiently asking me what I wanted to do. I told her that if the price wasn't going to be $7.05 after taxes I didn't want it.
She canceled the order so I turned off my truck and told her I was going to wait 14 minutes for my app to reload the deal that she just canceled and refused to honor. She started screaming at me to move to a parking spot and screaming at me that there were cars behind me, but all I wanted was to eat the deal I had redeemed though the app that she had used and was now unavailable due to her incompetence as an employee.
I told her I would pull up to the window with my $7.05 for my order and pulled forward. She started to send cars around me, pushing me back in line. At this point, I could cook some fries off the heat boiling off this woman. It occurred to me when she stuck her hand out without confirming my order or telling me what the amount due was that I was afraid they could tamper with my food because of the extreme attitude of the person working at the window.
I told her that I decided against getting food from that restaurant because of her attitude and she screamed at me while I was pulling away, "YOU JUST WANTED TO WASTE MY TIME! NEVER COME BACK HERE!"
This is an absolutely appauling interaction that could have been easily avoided by the employee listening to what the customer told them. This woman had an attitude right off the bat and I'm sure McDonalds could find someone much happier to be there than...
Read moreI come here every morning on Wednesday mornings at 6:40 AM before I go to high school, and the same lady takes me almost every single time. She is extremely rude every single time I come, and I forget because it’s so early that the order that I get is a “ deal” instead of a combo. I don’t know why this is such a big of a deal for her, but every time that I ask for the “ combo quote she asks what drink I want, and I tell her none because I’m in a rush, and she continues to ask if I wanna drink and I tell her no. She then gets mad and says it comes with a drink, and I no longer even feel like getting my food. I tell her it’s the three dollar deal because I don’t like egg on my sandwich. It’s not that I don’t enjoy the food, or the prices, but if I am able to get the two things that I want for $3.20, I would rather do that then spend eight dollars on a meal that I don’t even wanna drink from. She also told me just to pull up to the window after I told her sorry for telling her it was a combo, and then when I get to the window and pay, she reaches out her hand immediately for cash or a card or something, and I pull out my phone for Apple Pay and she snatches her hand back into the window and puts her card reader out for me to scan. She then doesn’t say a single word to me and slams the window shot. You can watch the cameras. It’s extremely disrespectful and rude to do that at 6 AM, and I understand that she is probably tired as well, but so am I and I’m also in a rush to school and she has to be rude for zero reason it’s just a simple mistake like forgetting the word combo and deal. I get to the second window in the second girl I don’t know either of their names, but she is much nicer and says have a great day. I don’t understand why I get treated like this every single Wednesday that I come to eat or...
