Update: They give you a 10% discount if you rate them 5 stars on Google and show them in the store that you did. So they're paying for reviews, lol, isn't that breaking some kind of rule for reviews?
Experience at location: cashier had a lot of attitude, not warning customers about deals that they're literally advertising, waiting for me to notice while I'm waiting and then stating "Well it'd have been nice if you noticed that sooner" while refunding me the money I shouldn't have been charged in the first place. To their credit they have you check the food before you leave to make sure it's good. Horrible customer treatment experience though in general. I see why you have to pay for reviews.
Experience through Uber Eats: Awful quality control, they don't make the products right, they don't even season their items half the time. Literally had one pizza melt with too much seasoning and one without any whatsoever. There's like no garlic on the "garlic cheese bread" which I've had plenty at good locations and they even forget to put normal seasoning on it half the time so it's just cheese on bread. I've worked at a Pizza Hut before, I know the products well and how it make them. On top of all this nonsense my last order was all WAY overcooked!!! There was literally burnt cheese coming out of my melts and every item was clearly overcooked on the outside. Knowing how to cook it seems like they have their oven temp set too high trying to save time cause the outside was burnt and the inside was squishy, total incompetents! My coworker that used to work at this location also told me how food unsafe they are and how disgusting they are with their products when I complained to them about it. Read moreWorst customer service ever. Thought this was a sit down restaurant when we arrived, found out it is takeout or delivery only. Fine. We will take our order and eat in the car since we were on the go. It is 1:00 on a Sunday afternoon. We overlook the sad looking empty menu boards behind the register that look like this place has been closed for a year that have nothing more than a hat logo and blank boards. ‘Server’ or whatever she is appeared at the register quickly and was immediately annoyed at our presence. No hello, no how can I help you, no thank you, nothing other than irritated we were there. Took our order, looks behind her at the kitchen and declared it will be a while ‘since she is apparently the ‘only one there’. Tells us to come back in 20 minutes. We return in 25 minutes to give this obviously stressed woman extra time. There is now a man in the back with her, and they BOTH ignore us for 10 minutes and this woman slings f bombs and swear words at this man, screaming she can’t deal with this #@$@7 and is too busy to do anything. Demands he calls another employee to come in early. He calls someone. Another 10 minutes later, another employee, this one actually human and polite, arrives to acknowledge our presence. At this point we just wanted a refund and asked how much longer it would be since it is now nearing an hour . She says they are cutting our pizza now. Next to my door is a big bench you can’t miss. No notification it was even delivered even asking for text tracking. Call the store to find out where pizza is. Told it was just delivered. Go out front and my pizza is on the ground and ants all over it. Not on the bench which is literally at the door. So while on phone explaining to “Jay” the manager that the driver left food on the ground and not on the bench-which you can’t miss. But driver just left it on ground. The manager not once apologized. We were late to a party because delivery wasn’t even on time. So replacing it was out of the question. But Jay just insisted on telling me over and over that the notes said do not knock or ring. So driver just puts it on the ground. Didn’t offer a refund, just store credit. Not wanting that after the unprofessional manner that the manager was saying to me. Any person would see the bench-why put it on the ground? The bench even says “DELIVERIES HERE PLEASE” because we didn’t want bugs in our food. I even offered to send a picture of the bench to show how any person could not miss the bench and sign.
