Love this store! Everyone is always so nice and happy so it was surprising during today’s visit. This is the first time I had any issues. I got a large pumpkin spiced latte and I waited until I got to work to drink it because I know it’s hot. It felt like it wasn’t full so I opened it up and sure enough, it’s not full. I have to say, I’m pretty disappointed with this one. If I didn’t have to be at work, I would have taken it back in but I didn’t have another 15 minutes to wait because they were busy when I drove through. Fill your drinks up please. You see how much is in the cup when you pour it in. Really bummed 🙁 I could have gotten a latte from my daughter’s work but I wanted Starbucks. Now I wish I would have just gotten the latte from her work

This is location is hit or miss. Good food and good drinks, and the atmosphere inside is nice. I've never had a bad experience talking with any of the workers. But, I've had the problem multiple times where they don't fill my cup. And I don't mean just up to the top, I mean I order a venti and I get a tall in a venti cup. It's not every time but it is frequent enough to be a concern. This was what a got the last time I ordered a grande. Very disappointing every time it's happened. I'm to the point that I'm going to alway check my order before leaving to make sure I actually get my drink and not a half full grande cup with half my drink missing.

I’ve always wanted to order a big, obnoxious coffee drink from Starbucks. We had a gift card, so we got some big, obnoxious drinks. I tried a the vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew. Wow! It was really good! The Nitrogen infused cold brew was very smooth, and the baristas didn’t over sweeten the drink. We only had to wait 5 min for the drinks, which was reasonable for Christmas Eve. The store wasn’t busy either. Starbucks has any coffee beverage you could ever want, or need. Stopping a Starbucks made for a great Christmas Eve treat, and celebration.

I got my Pumpkin Spice Latte and it tasted great, when I got home I wanted to check my rewards stars because I should had have enough for at least 2 drinks!! Gone not there EXPIRED!! No wonder my balance on my gold card disappeared because I didn't get it with my StarBUCKS I paid for it!! One visit in July I remember, I think it was in Dunedin she handed me a tall cup I was thinking they had new cups but when I put it down I realized it was cold not hot, she didn't want it back just got me a fresh hot latte instead, luckily I left the cup because the lid wasn't tide and would have spilled if I tried to bring it back and now I was totally confused because of my Star Balance, it didn't add up! I added a little bag of nuts to my coffee one day to take advantage of my Stars ...confusion...check your balance right away. Make sure they were paid with your stars otherwise...

Very rude staff as others reviewers state for absolutely no reason, brunette who was cashier Monday 9/30 afternoon really should pick another job if this one makes her so irritated at innocent customers for no reason. She needs to be evaluated and removed if she can't do that part of the job as it's part of your job description. Not CUSTOMERS job to tell YOU thank you & have a nice day... newsflash its yours. guess Starbucks needs to work on training as less than bare minimum thrives here. Sorry your life sucks but that's not anyone else's fault, do better. Also always messing up orders here or leaving things off of your order. Very lame, super negative people and atmosphere. Last time I visit this store and I suggest the same for you unless you enjoy attitude, poorly cooked food, and getting something different than what you ordered👎🚫🚮🗑 Do better...
