their smoothie is a bland mix of milk, ice and water without any flavor. And if you order brownie flavored ice cream for example, they will give you vanilla flavored ice cream telling you that it is the producer's fault and not theirs. And their pictures of ice cream on the menu are also the producer's fault, so they use it and sell what they have, not what the customer orders. "Smart" or maybe just thieving style of business... but for a short while and once.
they have a policy of not refunding money because they have poor quality products and they sell whatever they have in stock not in accordance with the menu and the customer's order.This place has a policy that they never refund money for the purchased product. If you try to complain about this product, the owner will threaten you with the police. I bought a chocolate ice cream smoothie here today that tasted like water. I went for a compromise and chose cheaper brownie ice cream instead, and I got vanilla ice cream. When I pointed out that it was not the ice cream I wanted, the owner said that it was not her problem, but the ice cream manufacturer. And she does not bear any responsibility for the menu in her own place. It doesn't matter who the manufacturer is, you are responsible for the product because you sell it and profit from it. How can you blame the manufacturer for your terrible service ? It's a very dishonest shortcut. I told her to give me another product that this time would be in line with the offer, she threatened me with the police. In the end, I received nothing, I only lost money. The police came, listened to both sides and suggested that I file a civil lawsuit. Which of course is absurd because I'm not going to sue for $7.50. So the owner of this business misappropriated my money and I ended up with nothing. How many cases like this could there have been before? Interesting idea for doing a fraudulent business. You take out a no-refund policy and sell people a poor quality product or the wrong product. Maybe I'll start selling water instead of smoothie and if the customer is not satisfied, I'll protect myself with a no-refund policy, and if the customer wants to get the right product, I'll tell them to leave and threaten the police. How can you not have shame, lack class and dignity to treat a customer in such a way, to run a business in such a thieving way. I advise everyone against consuming in this place and I hope that someone from the consumer protection inspectorate will take a closer look at the practices used by this place. Besides, it is enough to read previous opinions.
In response to comments on my opinion: I have already written that you are a fraud. But you are also a liar. I spoke to the Largo police supervisor today and you write nonsense. You are a coward who uses the police to get rid of customers from the coffee shop who were cheated by you. Every taxpayer in the USA has the right to know how a fraud like you uses the police. The fact that there were 6 policemen was a coincidence, because they were idle in the area. Apart from a lively discussion and showing you your own menu, there was nothing between us. If there was, the police would not have let me go. You are simply a greedy coward. Don't make yourself a victim, because you are the fraudster. Read moreUpdated review down to 1 star: Came back to try again since they started the no ice fill cup for $2 extra. Thats fine. I dont mind paying extra, but the cup was STILL not full! The tea STILL tasted funny/had weird after taste, like medicine or something. And kdog is lacking on cheese now! When they first opened that wasnt the case. So now food AND tea no good.... Wont be back. Spend too much money not to be happy with it. New photos posted showing missing cheese and not full cup. You can see the cheese difference from before to now...
Everything is great about this place except the drinks! They are severely lacking flavor... i have tried 4 different drinks now and the flavor is very bland. Also for a drink that expensive there should be more drink, a lot less ice... although it wouldn't make much difference since the drink isnt good anyways, its just a ripoff to use so much ice. Other than that, its decorated beautifully and is a comfortable environment. The foods great and they have tons of options. They actually fill the kdog with cheese which is nice. And i love the flavors/variety of donuts. I just really wish the drinks were as good as...
Read moreI really liked this place and was starting to go there regularly, but I don't really like it that much anymore. They changed the boba. The boba used to be bigger and I enjoyed chewing it. Now it's so small, like a pea. What happened? Is this temporary or is that how it's gonna be from now on? Because honestly I most likely won't be going back if y'all don't go back to the bigger one.
