I'll start off by stating that I'm all about the app. If a company has an app that rewards their customers for using the app, well, then it's a done deal. Especially with fast food establishments. If I can skip the part where I'm having to yell at a giant menu equipped with speaker technology from the 80's forcing me to repeat my order over and over because the employee is struggling to hear me which also increases the chances of my order being wrong. And on top of that I'm earning free food and being offered deals only on the app, Then sign me up! I'm all about the app. So I don't frequent this Taco Bell location much so this incident may be a system issue making this experience something that's beyond their control. I placed my order and also paid for it all on the app. When I got to the drive through I was told that they couldn't produce my order due to equipment failure. Then silence. So hoping they will tell me the next step in order to get refunded will be without asking, because they know I paid already. That should be a told to me at the same time as informing me you can't produce what I already paid for. So after just silence, I say hello? And she responds yes? I wanted to say I'm sorry did I accidentally click donate money to Taco Bell within the app? I said I wanted to but I didn't. I asked politely what the process was to get my refund? All she could tell me was that I do it through the app. I said ok ty And drove home. When I got home and looked Any up in the app to see where I would start the refund I couldn't find anything. Just feedback about Taco Bell service. come to find out you have to cancel your order but you can't cancel it if they finalize it inside. So that's a training issue. If you can't produce the order why would you finalize it as if the order was produced and given to the customer? So I'm still trying to get my refund back by calling Taco Bell which is proving to be a pain in the butt All because You order got marked complete taking away my option to cancel order request refund...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the worst TacoBell I have ever been too. My boyfriend and I were customers amd ordered 3 Frito Borritos ans 2 potato soft tacos. My potatos were hard and not chewable so i nicely asked the manager on duty of he would remake them since I am pregnant and can not chew hard food, he grabbed them out of my hand in a very rude,disrespectful manor. My boyfriend them pulled his phone out and began recording the disrespect both of us were reciving. The manager then proceded to follow him aroumd the store and say "its illegal to record in his restaurant". Legally i cam record where ever and whom ever I choose. One of the empolyees then made a smart remark amd they began to laugh. When my boyfriend asked what was so funny, the employee held his hand up using the gun motion and says "pow", as if he was saying he was going to shot my boyfriend. A couple other customers were present at the time amd pne of which was a female had to put her headphones on so the rudeness of the manager and employees werent disrupting her work. When threatend to call corprate on them and report what the employee had motioned the manager called the police and said that we were "disrupting" his restaurant. I DONT NOT recomend this taco bell to ANYONE. It is NOT a welcoming polite environment like it should be, it is gross and rude. They are very unprofessional. There was even a incident a few years back where my boyfriend witnessed an emplyee spitting in a customers food. Ewwwwwww...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe dude that works there that like walks around the lobby needs to stop pestering people when their trying to order on the kiosk machines I went up there a few days ago and there were people at 3 of the machines and the one open was next to 2 guys already ordering and I didnāt want to get in there way so I waited till another machine opened and heās just standing there staring at me and says āthereās a machine over thereā and I say I got it thanks and he just points to the machine by the guys already ordering and walks over to it and was like āthis machine is open I can help youā and Iām like āI got it thank youā and he walks back to the counter and says āI was just trying to helpā and I said thank you but Iām fine and then as Iām ordering on one of the machine the dude comes up to me AGAIN and says ādo you need helpā like I do not need to be asked a million times if I need help ordering threw a machine a baby could order from I get it heās trying to do his job but if I say Iām fine the first time take a hint and donāt keep asking me over and over...
