Food was made wrong by multiple ways by both party's. first reasons was a datalogger personal error (misunderstood my order) witch this can happen for many reasons. Second, my driver didn't take time out recheck order by reading order screen; however, this not food quality it's...
""staff service complaint""!
Around 11:pm-12:midnight I place order at drive through because inside was not open. After order was made and money was exchanged. I then pulled up to next window to learn my sandwich was wrong. After mistake was understood they where going fix problem. This where my disgruntled complaint starts.
Understand they (staff) will try make us (consumer/me) drive around to get back inline. To reclame your food after mistake been fix.This doesn't happen inside of restaurant. Therefore, I feel should not happen at drive thorough. Your only making customer wait again and others (new customers) wait longer or give the impression that the line is longer which will drive away customers/revenue.
Therefore, I inform employees I'll pull off to parking spot (this spot was between drive through side door and drive through window) and they can run out my (one) sandwich. This process is just like any other carry-out restaurant. After Car behind me receive their food. I went to lock door and knock with fast and hard knocking to allow them here me from back. After both cars have gotten their food and drive off. They all hear me because employee (short, and dark hair, girl) stick her head outside window when no more cars inline and said "come to window". WTH...! Why make me wait till hole line customers (two other Vehicles) place their order and get their food and given to them before i get one (1) sandwich. I need wait till everyone taken care before I get my food. finally, I get my sandwich after they made the mistake and forced me to WALK back up to window to retrieve my sandwich!
HERE PROBLEM'S-----
problem 1. They are lazy because not willing walk out to my car to bring me my sandwich. or it's written in some rule/ order of operations to making me wait by getting back in line.
problem 2. When I approached the window she try say sandwich just came up, but this lie to my face. I seen its been seating wrap up off to side and sandwich was cool.
It's common sense here, you hear my knocking because she looks out window to call for my attention after all cars gone. Plus two orders from two separate vehicles does not take the same amount of time as one sandwich. I'll be contacting corporate about this. Hopefully the D.M. manager (district manager) and the restaurant manager are not as incompetent and lazy as night shift staff.
note: McDonald's doesn't even mess this one up walking miss up orders out. Even as I was upset at window for not coming to my car, side door, and making walk up to window I was using a Stern voice she keep her composure and was apologetic and didn't try cut me off or push her view point. I understand mistake happen we only human. Even if it's a night shift you can still run the sandwich out to customer. unless its explain to staff not to because some role. I'm shore this not case for it was not made clear me of role. But as being tearful i didn't really give her chance to. I feel Whenever an employee clocks-in they become a representation of the brand. Let's not sell our employment short lazeness/ incompetence, or lies ("sandwich just came up") to customers. Let's step it up Wendy's employee's...this mean "all" workers even up to C.E.O"

My last few visits to the Wendy's i am reviewing (Ulmerton rd, Largo FL) the food has been way below what I have come to expect. Each time it was around 6 pm. This last visit I ordered a Baconator with cheese, two singles with cheese (on no onions) and a large and medium fry. I used the drive through and was less than 3 minutes from order to pickup. I have a cooler I bring with me when making a run because I like my food warm even though this store is 5 minutes from my house. The baconator was a mess, half of the cheese was on the wrapper and there was a 2 inch piece of bacon on it. The single with no onions was cold and had a MASSIVE piece of lettuce on it. The other single was cold, the meat was dry and the bun was hard like it had been sitting around a while. The fries were soggy and cold. All of this for the bargain price of 26 dollars. I get we are living with inflation and would not complain so loudly if the food had been edible. My wife and I took two, very unenthusiastic bites of our burgers and tossed the rest. The fries had no saving grace here. Cold and soggy does not cut it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place for your evening meal. I am watching it...

Told me to hold on a min which turned out to be whatever he felt was a minute to him... Left me at the counter while he addresses the drive thru and then got lost with other things that he must of forgot I was upfront...Observed that he was confused ,one minute he was upfront next drive thru..looking for something asking customers if they were picking up orders. ..total mayhem Mind you the food was sitting all this time behind him ... He didn't even ask me if he could help me.. so now the customer gets his food late and cold... Thanks to go ole Matt..
I was going to leave it alone but as I was walking out he sarcastically said have a great daya and muttered some words under his breath so I responded and said ...you left me at the counter waiting for over 5 minutes and never came back and when you did I had to ask your other employee if the order that was sitting at the counter behind you was for me so for you to mouth off without reason is really stupid...
I don't think he can handle the manager title because he's rude...confused and lacks poor customer service values
