Staff was very rude. Usually I place a mobile order and go through the drive thru no problems but today I went after placing my mobile order and was met with rude staff. She stated that it was a new policy that mobile orders get bumped to the bottom and that I would have to wait 10 minutes for one coffee. I would understand if the store was busy but at the time I was there, there was only two cars in front of me at the drive thru and only a few people in the store. I felt that this was ridiculous and the person working the drive thru was just being rude about it and telling me the same thing as if I was a child not understanding. I had gotten really upset but kept calm and asked for a refund since 10 minutes for one drink is outrageous. I don’t think that I will be back to that location due to the rude staff. If they make simple mistakes like this, and I asked for extra scoop of berries it makes me wonder if They even did that. If I am not mistaken we have to pay for extra things. If you are not capable of reading no ice and putting no ice, then what makes me think your not cheating me out of items I paid for. The quality of hot drinks I have had from this location has also diminished. I knew I was going to stop buying hot drinks from here but now I think I will stop buying anything all together. When it comes to my orders, they are typically on point & I’ve never had an issue with a “bad drink”. On the other hand, the customer service and attitudes can be a little on the flip side. Majority of the staff I’ve encountered have been phenomenal with their customer care and service but there has been some where I felt almost “dismissed” or as if the employee did not feel like working that day. Sometimes I’ll go to this location multiple times in a day and get different reactions from the employees each time which makes you feel like you’re on eggshells before you even get to the drive thru window. I’m someone who matches your energy so if you give me a distasteful attitude, it’ll be reciprocated back to you with grace.
