This review is way overdue, but I genuinely couldnāt allow myself to not write one because I had such a wonderful experience staying here during my temporary stay in Las Cruces! Itās been 4 months since I left and it still left an impression on me.
The entire process was unbelievably fast and seamless ā I reached out on a Tuesday, received and submitted my application the next day, visited on Friday, and was able to move in that Saturday. They were so flexible in accommodating my month-to-month request since I was only in town helping my sister postpartum, which I really appreciated.
The apartment itself was beautiful ā fully furnished, spacious, spotless, and modern compared to other places Iād seen in the area. Everything was included: Wi-Fi, electric, and water. It was also very pet-friendly, which made the transition easy since I had my dog with me. The dog park was right next to the apartment, which was super convenient!
Austin, the property manager, was amazing to work with. He was always quick to respond to calls and texts, handled any questions or concerns immediately, and genuinely went above and beyond. For example, he personally brought my packages to me when I wasnāt sure where to pick them up, and when there was a small leak after it rained, he had maintenance there right away.
The community itself is quiet, safe, and very peaceful with gorgeous views. Itās also in a great location ā right next to Popeyeās (perfect for lazy days!) and just a few minutes from Walmart. Thereās even an elementary school directly across the street, which would be perfect for families. The amenities are great too: a resort-style pool area, outdoor courtyards with grills, and a nice gym.
Overall, I couldnāt have asked for a better experience. The apartment, location, and staff all exceeded my expectations. Iād absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, modern, pet-friendly, and well-managed community...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMoved in two months ago. Last week our AC went out on Saturday the AC was not fixed until Friday afternoon. We were forced out of our apartment for 6.5 days (mind you; at 7 days, you don't have to pay rent so this pushed it as long as possible to fit their lease rule). They gave us the model unit with no TV or wifi. Which was nice of them, but is the least someone could do. For a week I slept on the floor and had literally nothing to do. Constantly running back and forth to cook and get things was incredibly irritating. With rent being as much as it is ($1350/mo), is it too much to ask for the prorated rent for those days to be credited back? I think that is more than reasonable. They have offered us $70 which isn't even two days of rent. Literally any other business would offer a refund for a defective product that you're paying for. Could you imagine buying a $1350 table that had a broken leg when you unpackaged it and having the company tell you "all we can offer is a $70 refund"? Not so much about the property itself as it is about wanting to support places that support their customers/tenants in return. Id be more than willing to spend a little more or live in a little less if I knew the company cared about its customers. The fact that this pushed the deadline for free rent by hours and they're unwilling to give just the prorated rent, which is all we asked, speaks volumes about the ownership of this complex. Please support places that support...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreStunning apartments, however when Austin took over as property manager it all went to crap. Upon move out there was no walk through done as he was never available, he asked for payments in cash for various things, to which I have screen shots, and I received a minimal return on my deposit with NO itemized documentation, not to mention I didnāt even get that until over 2 MONTHS AFTER move out. I have time stamped photos of the apartment on move out and there is no way that minuscule amount was warranted. Total scam artist. I definitely caution anyone looking into...
