This location is always giving out drinks that don’t taste good. The soda syrup is running out almost every time I go, which is every other day (I rotate locations). They’re almost always out of baja blast. Their workers don’t even know what their own drinks are supposed to taste like. Or the color the drinks should be. Tonight on 11/13/24 we went through the drive-thru and the cashier worker with the greasy hair gave us attitude and rolled her eyes at us when we asked for our drinks to be switched because they were watered down. Not enough syrup and too much soda water. AND the color was pink, the strawberry lemonade at tacobell is a dark color similar to red. ALL THE OTHER LOCATIONS GIVE DARK RED LEMONADE. The worker proceeded to try the drink and say ‘that’s how it should taste’ sorry girl but you’re wrong. She then went to get the manager to ‘handle us’ because she couldn’t tell the difference between when a soda syrup bag is on its last leg and when it’s good. Her attitude and actions aren’t reflective of someone that works in the food industry as well as CUSTOMER SERVICE. The only reason this is getting a two star and not a one star is because I love baja blast but HATE the incompetent workers that dont know how to do their jobs. In the end we just wanted our lemonades to get switched to root beer and a pepsi. We didn’t cause any drama or outrage but we were given a lot of attitude for knowing the drinks weren’t right??? The color and taste are completely different and you wanna say that is how it should be???? Just apologize, say you’ll switch the syrup and give us a different drink. It’s not that hard. This is coming from someone who worked in the food industry and customer service for...
Read moreI recently had a frustrating experience with a to-go order from Taco Bell. I placed my order and specifically requested certain items, but when I got the delivery from the door dasher and opened the bag, I realized that some of the items were missing. We both acknowledged that items were missing, and he proceeded to say he would go back and get them which he never did. Understandable that’s not his responsibility.
Not only were the missing items a key part of my order, but they were also ones that I had been looking forward to enjoying. It was disappointing and inconvenient to have contact them to resolve the issue.
What made the experience even worse was the lack of response from Taco Bell when I reached out to them. I called the restaurant and to no surprise right off the bat they were hostile about missing tacos and not only were they inconsiderate but I could hear the cook talking bad about us, and I brought it to the employees attention who I was on the phone with and she replied with “ that’s not my concern” instead of having sympathy or just simple respect It felt like they didn't care about my concerns or the fact that they had made a mistake.
They also wasted my time and money. It was frustrating to have to deal with the inconvenience of having to go back and forth with the restaurant or try to get a replacement.
Overall, this experience with Taco Bell's to-go order was extremely disappointing. The missing items and lack of response from the restaurant left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope that Taco Bell improves their order accuracy and customer service to prevent similar issues...
Read moreDON’T ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT! I ordered two family packs inside the store using the kiosk because they don’t have anyone up front to take orders now. After getting home I got my food out and my order was wrong. I had no expectations of getting free food but I definitely wanted my money back for things that I paid for and didn’t get. I ordered tacos with sour cream which was an $0.80 up-charge for each taco. Only two of them had sour cream. I also had two tacos with tomato and they don’t come with tomatoes (And he said he made everything right). I also changed 4 of the 5 layer beefy burritos and had another up-charge for onions and red sauce. Only one had red sauce and two with onions. When I called the manager Marcos and explained he said I had to bring the whole order back so he could remake it. I explained that my husband just got out of the hospital and I couldn’t bring it back. He argued with me and said he is the one who made the order and he knows he made it right. At this point he is completely calling me a lier and I’m fed up! The LEAST he could of done is refunded me for the extra costs of the sour cream, onions and red sauce that I didn’t get on my order and I could have picked it up at a later time! I will never order from this Taco Bell again. He offered me nothing because I couldn’t bring the order back. I took pictures of each taco and burrito. Sending everything...
