Abraham's is an awesome Tiendita locally owned and operated by Abe Garcia who together with his father and the Garcia family also own the neighboring El Rialto restaurant. While Abe's primarily focuses on selling burritos and tamales to the local lunch crowd they offer a variety of other yummy choices. My favorite is the small frito pie which in my opinion is a fast food culinary delight. It is served with your choice, of course your in New Mexico, of red or green chile on a bed of beans and fritos topped with cheese and garnish. This is just one of the made-to-order delights on the menu. It's no wonder its delicious as the cooks are visible in the kitchen tirelessly preparing the various variety of burritos and tamales and menu items. Abe is also an awesome musician who has written and released his own music and he plays locally, regularly with or without "strings attached". I am a big fan. He plays a version of Drift Away that would make Dobe Grey proud. If you are a tourist you will definitely want to check out Abraham's Tiendita. If you are local stop by again. I...

We were looking for some good hand-held burritos. This place looked very promising.
We drove in from out of town a little after 1pm. They claim to have a large selection. They only had 3 burrito choices. The guy callously said "you gotta get here earlier". Like dude, it's lunch time. You can't have a full selection by lunch?
I was hungry and craving a burrito so I picked the beef and potato burrito. When they brought it out, it was TINY. Like the size of a small taco. Really?
And then it tasted like it had probably been sitting in the warmer since 6am. Kinda dry and mushy.
Definitely absolutely would not go back here ever. Beware.
Update: After seeing the response from the owner, I definitely agree 100%. I'd rather go to Allsups for a burrito than this place. And least they don't run out by lunchtime and rip you off with outrageously...
Read morethe burritos are decent if the guy ever gets up from his chair playing guitar or video games. There is always a long, inexplicable and rude delay while he finishes whatever he's playing while sitting down before saying hello or getting up. There only seems to be one person working much here, and that's the woman making the food in back. It makes me not want to go there, as much as I'd like to support this small business - because it's not a one-time thing, but every time I've been there (quite...
