Blaze Pizza — Restaurant in Las Vegas

The worst experience I've had at any restaurant in a very, very long time and I won't be back here anytime soon. My wait was almost 30 minutes, as my Pizzas were ready in about 15(well past when they should have), only to have them not have my dough knots order prepared along with the pizzas. So after waiting someplace I was hoping to be in and out of in as few minutes as possible(due to virus precautions), I'm there almost a half hour. So 1 pizza was luke warm, as was one order of the dough knots, as the other order was only put in the oven when the rest of my order was already done. The kid putting the pizzas in the box at the end of the line, didn't seem capable of thinking and walking at the same time, and should have been folding boxes and in know way preparing multiple orders. Once all was done, I was told no marinara for the Dough Knots, which meant I waited for something I no longer wanted, due to not having the proper items that went with it. No mention of shortages on their site when ordering, which if things aren't available, should be known before hand. I would have asked for a full refund, but my family was back home waiting to eat, and I didn't think it could be done in a timely manner due to the poor service I had already received. So I would warn anyone going here during this crisis time, should probably think better of it, as now I know to stay home, and cook here, as these places aren't able to handle the extra business which boggles the mind, since all they are doing is making pizzas in a system that was designed for doing just that in a...

Ordered through the app for delivery. Our driver was told they had to wait as the order was still in the oven, okay, no problem. Our driver got the order and was here in about 7 minutes, so not long at all. Yet EVERYTHING was ice cold, and everything EXCEPT one thing was incorrect. Then I spent 20 minutes trying to call the store but apparently they don’t think they need to answer their phone. So I called the n Decatur location, they ARE AMAZING. Cadence (I believe his name was, I am so sorry if I got this wrong) the manager at the other location took on the problem, even though it was not his job nor his issue as his team didn’t mess it up to begin with, but he still helped get ahold of the other store so I could get my food remade. When I FINALLY speak to the location that we originally ordered from they were extremely careless about their mistakes and even said they knew about them. So if you knew about them why would you send out an order you knew was wrong? He finally agreed to remake the order but then my husband had to go get it. So an hour and half later we FINALLY get our food and they still messed one of them up so my husband had to stay and wait for them to fix that. The Pi-Day Promotion Offer at the Durango location was a typical SCAM just to get you in the shop. It's advertised as a B-O (@ regular price)G-O for $3.14 deal. BUT when I get to the Durango store, they say this offer only if there's 2 people there to place the order!!! IS THIS A NUTCASE/SCAM DEAL OR WHAT??? Since when does it require 2 people to be present to buy 2 pizzas???? The o-n-l-y reason I even went to Blaze in the first place was because of their offer: Spend $10.99 (Reg Price for 11" pizza) + $3.14 (for 2nd pizza 11" pizza). I get there but could not order/buy the 2nd pizza UNLESS another person was with me for the discount.
