This location is terrible. I've had many poor experiences with them in the past. This morning I placed a mobile order at 6:16 am - there was NO indication that the location wasn't open yet (it had been closed the previous week - who knows why). The app allowed me to place the order then I drove to the location. I went through the drive-thru to pick up the order since the drive-thru was empty. It was at that time I learned they didn't open until 6:30 am (there was a sign on the drive-thru machine). So I parked and waited by the front door since I had already paid for my order and wasn't going to leave it. People started puling in the drive thru and waiting and finally, a little before 6:30, they started taking orders thru the drive thru. I waited for my order out front, since the lobby was closed and they were handing out mobile orders at the door. They filled a good half dozen drive-thru orders before I finally asked someone where my order was - they hadn't even made it yet! There were tons of order stickers on the wall that they weren't even filling. You'd think they'd fill orders based on arrival time, not give preference to the drive-thru and ignore orders placed well before those. I FINALLY got my order 21 minutes later.    Read moreThis place is very busy during the mornings. I deliver from there quite frequently and when I arrive they usually have the order ready. The staff are running and making drinks constantly, but, they look like every order is taken with respect and pride. The staff are all friendly, neat looking, compassionate and knowledgeable.
Parking is abundant but the closer spaces are usually occupied so you have to walk a little bit. People hold the doors open when I walk in and I return the favor. Customers appear to frequent the establishment and are comfortable with the product and service.
The aroma of the store is filled with coffee and hints of different flavors that enhance their beverages. The counters are always clean and I never noticed clutter in the floors behind the counters. Staff look busy but determined to make every order pleasant.
Tables are available and wifi so you can sit and catch up on social media, emails, business meetings and utilize their space for casual encounters. Customers appear to be working class ranging from middle to upper class.
When I deliver, the customers ALWAYS tip and it is generous. The products they serve warrant a gratuitous recipient and they don't mind paying for a quality product. I deliver to apartments and gated...
   Read moreI work right around the corner and come here just about every morning and about the last 5 times I have came my Carmel Frappuccino have been super watery the last 3 I have told them while ordering if they can make sure it is not watery and when I get to the window sure enough itâs still a watery consistency the baristas are always so nice until today when I had told Stacy (I believe her name was or something very similar) as I was paying that both my Frappuccino are still watery to her response âwell thatâs the Starbucks standard way to make a Carmel Frappuccino â which is not true at all I have being drinking star bucks for years and my Frappuccino should not be the same consistency of a ice coffee and instead of offer a solution I got an attitude and left very unsatisfied very disappointed I work in the hospitality industry and would be very disappointed in my team members if they ever handled an unsatisfied customer like this I will never stop drinking Starbucks but I will definitely not be doing business with this...
