What sets it apart from your typical mixology spot is the fact it's in a town in the middle of nowhere, which might add a little bit of additional cred since it's a homegrown spot. Double-good for coming on a pop-up food night or for one one of the great musical artists that might be traveling through.

What a lovely place ❤️ The owners are so lovely, hard working and creative . Anything I’ve experienced here has been nothing short of a beautiful experience. I’ve sang, witnessed amazing performers, and felt welcome and cared for here . Ummmm and I have absolutely gotten down on the dance floor. If u are looking for an inclusive place that is welcoming to all people who uphold human rights as a central part of their business model then look no further then this gem 💎.

What a great addition to Las Vegas, NM, to have the long awaited reopening of Borrachos. We recently held a small wedding reception on the back patio and the event was flawless. Weddings can be stressful but Sara Jo made sure everything went smoothly. She, along with Ryan, have perfected every detail in the new establishment and I look forward to many more good times with friends (and dogs) in this beautiful bar and restaurant.

Hands down the worst bar experience I’ve ever had. The female owner is flat-out rude and full of herself. Instead of making customers feel welcome, she spent the whole time being loud, obnoxious, and downright disrespectful — even to the male owner right in front of everyone. It was awkward and uncomfortable to watch, and it set the tone for the entire visit.

The service was terrible, like we were bothering them just by being there. The drinks were a complete joke — weak, nasty, and tasted like they were thrown together with zero care. For the price, it’s a rip-off. Honestly, this place is more about the female owner’s ego than creating any kind of decent atmosphere or experience.

Save yourself the time and money — there are plenty of bars that actually appreciate their customers and know how to make a drink. This one is an...
