Capriotti's Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I placed an online order at this location and my order was wrong. I do online ordering to make sure there is no communication error. I orders a sandwich with no mushrooms and no onions. Simply meat cheese and bread( I'm boring, I know). My hungry self didn't pay attention to the location, and this store ended up being 20 minutes from me. Oh well, that's totally on me!! I get to the store and get my foods. I go to the car, and since this store was a bit from my house, I just checked the food just incase. There was like a big sliced red pepper or tomato, and then a big onion I'm guessing. I'm not honestly sure what it was but it definitely wasn't the wagyu meat or white cheese. There was a girl who asked what did they forget, I just unraveled the sandwich I brought in with me and showed here, I said I'm not sure what this is but I did put down in the app no veggies. She asked if I wanted to keep the sandwich and she would remake it for me, I said oh okay sure! She goes to remake the sandwich and then someone in the back literally yells out "what's wrong with it?" I can't hear after that but she walks up to me and takes the sandwich out of my hands after the other girl just told me to keep it. She I swear to god was wearing black TIGHTS. Not pants, see through tights. The workers were all slumped, eyes faded. No one was there and still messed up an order. This store is not okay and someone needs to do a check in on them. It's totally my fault ordering there when I have 2 that are closer, but this store is wild. After a 20 min drive and then another 10 waiting on the new sandwich, thanks but...

I called too place an order for pickup they answer the phone like there laughing at something and talking really slow before saying hello . She repeated my order back too me and it was the French dip extra mayo and a side of cranberry sauce and a large Bobby she sounded like not taking my order serious the way she had slow speech. I picked up my order sure enough I didn't get my cranberry sauce and my sandwich was dry no extra mayo the meat was dry also like over cooked not to mention it was very greasy even the bread . I also payed with credit card and got no receipt to prove what I orderd . She repeated my order back to me so I know she had it right but for some reason they didn't give me the cranberry sauce I asked for or extra mayo .I drove all the way home without the cranberry thinking they put it in my bag .it's like why repeat my order but not give me what I orderd il tell ya why because they are to busy laughing and talking while taking my order at the same time . I hope I don't get sick from this sandwich and the French dip sauce was very salty .I will not order from this location anymore unless it's under new management / new workers...

If I could give negative stars I would. Ive never felt so compelled to share an experience. My cheesesteak was horrid - chewy, greasy, just made with no care. I called immediately back asking for a refund the MOD told me they didn’t know how to refund and I would have to call back tomorrow to “most likely” get a refund. When I called back first thing in the morning the owner Tarek kept talking over me, he told me I could come in for a cash refund if I didn’t want to wait for my credit card refund. I did that - fifteen minutes after speaking with Tarek. When I got there he wasn’t there and the “manager” that was there told me “he won’t be doing that” since I paid witb a credit card. Now it’s day 2 of trying to get my almost $20 back for a trash cheesesteak & I’ve driven to the establishment as requested and told I can not get my cash refund. Lol - is this a hostage negotiation or a common place action taken when a product is subpar? Really low quality food and even more low quality experience. Do yourself a favor and eat...
