Crumbl — Restaurant in Las Vegas

In May I placed an online order as a thank-you for taking really good care of me during a lengthy health issue. One of the staff had been telling me how great Crumbl Cookies are, and every week asked if I had tried them yet. It was very easy to place the order through the app. I requested a specific curbside pick-up time, and was a little worried because of reviews that had issues getting their curbside orders. I allowed an extra hour just to make sure I'd get them by a deadline, as I had a catering lunch order to pick up as well. I was absolutely shocked...and Very pleasantly surprised...I waited less than 2 minutes in the assigned curbside parking space after notifying them I was there through the app. The gal who brought them out was very nice and verified it was my order. They did provide the gift box as requested (and paid for) , another thing people had complained about in reviews. I also had a separate order of the 4-box cookies for us to try. Not only were the recipients VERY excited to see that big Crumbl Cookies Party Box come in the door, we also Loved each one. Their order contained Waffle, Blueberry Crumb, Chilled Sugar, Chocolate Featuring OREO, and Milk Chocolate Chip. Our 4 were the above sans the OREO. The ChocChip was better than most, but would prefer dark chocolate or a mix of dark & light, as it's pretty sweet. The Blueberry Crumb Cake was really good, just a little undercooked so somewhat wet & sticky, but we still enjoyed it. The Waffle was delicious! The best was the Chilled Sugar, and we wished we had a few more! Really terrific and hit all the notes you want in a really good cookie. A little crisp, a little chewy, just the right sweetness, and enough frosting for each bite. I was never much of a sugar cookie enthusiast, but these are soooo good! I'm glad I tried Crumbl, and am making a trip there today. Thankfully it's not around the corner or we'd be there all the time! But it's easy to get to, and this will be the first time going into the store. Can't wait for a cup of tea and a Chilled Sugar this afternoon! It's a different selection this week, so I'm anxious to try other flavors. You'll love Crumbl Cookies...just go there...NOW! You'll be very glad you did. Thanks Centennial...

Typically crumbl is good at marking flavors “sold out” on their app. However tonight I placed an order for the Toffee Cake. I arrive, tell the girl at the front that I’m picking up an order. She looks like she’s about to pack up my order. She then goes to the back and ANOTHER woman comes out and asks me if I needed assistance, I explain to her that I’m picking up an order. The woman asks what cookie I ordered, I tell her toffee cake and she explains that they’re all out of that cookie. So I asked if I would received a refund because that is the only cookie I wanted to try since the rest of them looked disgusting this week. She says they’ll issue me a refund and then proceeds to go back to get the girl who I initially spoke to. The 1st girl comes back out and hands me some stupid card for a free cookie. Like… I don’t want a Greek cookie I want my money back and I would appreciate if yall would mark when your cookies are sold out so I don’t waste my time driving over here. This isnt close to my house AT ALL. Also I don’t understand why the two different associates needed to speak to me as if they were breaking news to me that someone died or something, that was so extra and unnecessary the first girl could’ve just simple said “ I am so sorry we are all sold out of the cookie is there another one you’d like to substitute with or I can issue you a refund” simple. I don’t understand her going to back , getting someone else, and then coming back again to finish the conversation. It took 2 people to tell me they were sold out...

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!! You’ll be veryyy sick later. I ordered two nights ago, me and my boyfriend picked up. Everything was great at first! Yesterday we started feeling sick but brushed it off. Well, we ended up finishing the rest of our cookies last night not thinking much about it.

And.. ALL DAY WE HAVE BEEN THROWING UP! Like we can barely move. I haven’t been this sick since I had food poisoning.

So I called, I spoke with Jay and Caleb at this location off Painted Mirage rd. I was very kind but for some reason, they wouldn’t even listen to me. I kept being cut off. Just immediately they said I can’t be issued a refund or do anything about it. I explained to them that we’ve always loved that location and we don’t want to stop. This was just a really bad experience, is there anything that can be done to make it right? And he said and I quote “You don’t have to eat at this location”. I was so confused, I hate complaining. I’m even telling him on the phone that I’m sorry for having to complain. I was so surprised by his answer.

I never EVER want to leave a bad review. I only want to say positive things, but I have to warn other people. There is a high chance you will get sick from this location. Just know they will not do anything about it. It’s so sad that people can be cruel to someone being nice to them.

To the worker Caleb that was so unkind to me, if you read this, I really hope you find a way to smile again. Something bigger seemed to be bothering you and I really hope it gets...
