KFC — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I went to this KFC on Tuesday of this last week. I went through the drive thru, and ordered two three piece boxes, 2 bowels, and 2 extra biscuits. I was asked if I wanted the butter and honey. I said yes. I got home, and the 2 extra biscuits , honey and butter were missing. I live at Ann and Decatur, and I drove all the way back here and went back to the drive through. The same young girl with long dark hair that originally took my order was there. I told her I was just there 20 minutes ago, and did not get the 2 extra biscuits, honey and butter. She replied "Oh, I think we gave it to you", and acted like I interrupted her face book time . She reluctantly acted like she was doing me a favor, and gave me a box with 2 biscuits, honey and butter that I originally asked for, and paid for. There was no oh sorry you have to come back, I apologize, I gave you an extra biscuit for your trouble, here is a coke for having to drive back, NOTHING. SAD SAD SAD. LIke I would go out of my way, drive all the way back there to rip them off for two one dollar biscuits. It cost me more than that in gas. There was absolutely no customer...

If I could give zero stars I would. I went through drive thru. Duuuhhh-Shawn took my order. No cars in drive thru, 2 cars in parking lot at 4:00pm. Its 4:26 pm now. I stopped on a whim and ordered 2 Monday specials. 1 original and 1 extra crispy. Duuuhh-Shawn took my order. I pull up to the window, he takes my card and returns it and says thank you. I wait a min. then he returns and says "can I help you"?. Ummm, yeah, can I have my food?. He says "I thought I have it to you"? No, no you have not. But I notice he is joking with co workers about something because his phone was in hand. He then returns with a box in a bag and says "here you go,sorry". I check bag because obviously they are on top of their game. I knock on window and he comes back irritated and says "yeah"?. I ask "can I get my whole order, I ordered 2 specials with mac and cheese"? "You have me 1"?. "Oh, my bad", is the response. He returns and hands me another box. So I leave and at first red light I check new box, it's grilled chicken and no mac and cheese. Whole order was wrong...

I have had a Military Discount offered here before. Tonight they denied ever offering one. Not a big deal. Until I got home with my food! The coating was like uncooked dough. The meat itself seemed cooked. But not the coating. Both the extra Crispy and the Original was like that! Also, I got a Famous Bowl. It looked to be microwaved many times over. Each ingredient in the bowl seemed to be melted into one blob! NASTY doesn’t seem to cover it!! It was tonight (12AUG2019) around 7:00 pm from the Drive Thru! This person will not go there again! If it was one item, I could say it was a mistake. But when it’s every item you ordered, you know the on-site Manager had to know they were sending out food like that!! So, rather than calling the local store, I called corporate! I took plenty of pictures to show the carnage they expected me to eat!! I hope they change their lack of respect and Integrity. But I won’t trust this...
