Del Taco — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I was hungry and Del Taco is my go to cheat food. Bean & Cheese Buritto with Red Sauce and add the Onions. This location is weird and today is my first and last time here. Something strange is going on...Management better check the books and the video. My Buritto was cold with no onions, my snack chips tasted like they'd been laying around for 2 days and reheated under a lamp, the bag was wrinkled with dirty napkins, sauce in the bag which I specifically said no to... and NO receipt. I paid Cash so he probably never rang it up but put the cash in his pocket .You order via the Drive thru and they automatically send you to the parking lot even if no one is behind you. I honestly think. They either gave me trash or a stranded online order. Thank goodness for the sweet lady picking up the trash in the parking lot because she asked about my food. Younger Manager or Shift Supervisor was having a major power trip.

Back employees are cooking and notice someone enters the kitchen area.

They ask if she works there and she says

"No"

Now first of all why was she back there???

But It appears she was friends with the shift supervisor.

The cooks in the back advised it would not be safe with her in the back, and that it's a liability.

1000% correct by the way, I mean common sense!

After the shift supervisor heard this, she gets upset.

She begins to YELL at her cooks saying to mind your own business and that they shouldn't even be talking when they have this this this and this to clean.

I can't count how many times I've been to this particular Del Taco due to its convient location, but my recent visit might be my last. I pulled into the drive through during lunch, I think I was 5th in line. There weren't many cars between the order point and the window so I figured it shouldn't take too long. Wait was maybe 5 minutes coulda been 10 to get to the front of the line.
