My doctor was keeping track of my cataract's progression over the last three years and I knew that the time would come that my eye's would have to have surgery. I had a lot of anxiety about going through that but my eyes started getting worse. I'm an artist and love to paint but had to quit painting a year ago because i just couldn't see details and color's as I needed to get a result I was happy with. I couldn't see stars in the night sky and even looking at the moon I was seeing three over lapping. During the day everything looked smoky, i was so frustrated. I was recommended to Dr. Schoor with New Eyes. From the first appointment through having both eyes repaired everyone was so nice and helpful. The office staff was so great, the Technician that did my testing was warm and had a great sense of humor. When I met Dr Schoor, she was fantastic, she is soft spoken and so assuring and calming, which meant so much to me. She answered all my questions and gave me confidence in the hole process. Scheduling was easy and before I knew it, the day came for my surgery. The experience couldn't have been better, everyone was caring and calming and so professional. They all work together as a well oiled machine, making you feel safe and well taken care of. Dr. Schoor did a wonderful job! Dr. Brian Miller of Advanced Eye Care referred both my wife and me to New Eyes for eye surgeries. Dr. Helga Pizio did cataract surgery on both of my eyes in November 2015. Dr. Jeffrey Austin did follow-up appointments after surgery. I have had no problems with my eyes after cataract surgery 8 years ago.

This year Dr. Brian Miller of Advanced Eye Care referred my wife to New Eyes for eyelid lift surgery because her eyelids were obstructing her vision. Dr. P. Lloyd Hildebrand did the surgery on both eyes at Green Valley Surgery Center on 5-17-2023. Her vision significantly improved immediately after surgery. On 5-25-2023, she had a follow-up appointment with Dr. Hildebrand at New Eyes Southwest office on Warm Springs. Savannah and Serei are on Dr. Hildebrand's staff traveling to all locations with him. Serei took close-up pictures of my wife's eyes and documented on a computer my wife's answers to his questions. Savannah then did a great job removing sutures in the eyelids of both eyes, giving my wife immediate relief from itching caused by the sutures. Savannah also provided instructions to take home that promote healing of eyelids. Both Serei and Savannah were very friendly and did their work in a very professional manner. Dr. Hildebrand is an excellent surgeon. He readily answered my wife's questions before and after surgery.
