It's ridiculous that these young kids don't want to uphold the hours that businesses are supposed to be open. I drove out of my way to come to this location bcuz it was supposed to be open until 8pm but apparently the young worker named Torie decided she wanted to get off early on her Saturday night & would not serve me bcuz she stated they were already closed even after I said you guys are supposed to be open until 8 though & she still gave me some stupid excuse about how they were running behind today & was told she could close early which was just a load of crap. It's scenarios like this that really should have these types of employees reprimanded if not fired if they're not going to righteously uphold the standards of business that Starbucks is known for. I'm beyond irate at the fact that I wasted my time (& gas for that matter) just to drive to this specific location to be fed a bunch of lies just bcuz some young kids wanted to get off early on a Saturday... Read morel come to this Starbucks a lot. Today I did not feel service was great. I didn't feel welcomed, did not get a smile or like my presence was appreciated in any way. Most Starbucks I go to they smile at you and make you feel warm and appreciated. The second time, the cashier said they don't scan the QR code, but instead, she scan where the gift card bar code. She told me I had to call if I did not get points.
