Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I've been around the block on pizza parlors. Little Caesar's wouldn't cook it long enough for a crispy(er) touch; I can't stand Pizza Hut because they put some kind of oily gluey chemical on it. I thought I had finally found a decent place in Domino's on Craig Rd & Rancho 89130, BUT...

I sent my wife to pick up the order, and she said there was only one guy there, and he was sick with snot, vomiting, flu, and no backup. Who knows what was on his hands and what came out of his mouth and nose while fixing 'MY' pizza. My wife had enough common sense to NOT pick up the order. The guy's attitude was 'take it or leave it', but was Really Really sick!!!.

I've worked in hotel kitchens and know some of the stuff that goes down (err, UP!), and i am not so sure that I'd be going to that domino's (or any other dominos for that matter), for if one outlet has that problem, it's likely a nationwide, corporate problem too), and this (now former) patron couldn't help but think that 'what goes around, comes around' after such an experience. About the only positive thing about it is that this sort of thing is probably going around with other fast-pizza takeout/delivery joints as well.

Is there no one at fast food pizza joints that give a hoot about pizza quality and employee quality? Thought I found it here, but then again, guess not!

The worse part is, I really liked the Dominos pizza selection. Now all I can do is barf...

I made an order from them and all went well but ,after more than the estimated time I looked outside my apartment and in the Hall I found my food stone cold!... During the wait I never heard a knock on the door or anything... So I called the domino's back and told them of my findings( to a female employee who was very nice)and was quickly passed to a manager and after a brief hold he picked up the line and with a non shalont tone asked if I was still there and asked what happened I told him and he went quiet for a bit and when I asked if he was still there he said "yeah what do you want us to do"...he said "I can either give you a remake of it or give you store credit?.. And I suppose that's what they're told to to offer in these situations but the way he was talking and responding was very rude and unprofessional and made it to were I felt like he didn't even care about what happened and made me so upset I made a review like I don't ever do this but I need...

Usually have fast and good service. But Today i was P**D off leaving. I ordered ONE large pizza for pick up I was told 30-45 mins, no problem. I get there 30 mins after calling and placing my order to get there sit for 30 more mins. I hear my name called and the toppings were completly wrong. So i figured its someone else with the same name....so i sit back down. ANOTHER 20 mins pass so i ask "whats going on?" They had mad a mistake on my pizza 20 mins prior of me asking. AND INSTEAD OF TELLING ME...they were gonna have me sit there for ANOTHER 30-45 mins for my right pizza. I live down the street. If they told me they messed up and it was gonna take longer i wouldve EASILY went home and came back 30 mins later. BUT NO!!! They were gonna have me sit there. Bad, Bad, BAD. I understand people make mistakes...but own up to it. Dont try to brush me off like my time isnt valuable. I DOUBT ILL BE BACK. LITERALLY...
