Dunkin' — Restaurant in Las Vegas

When I first arrived I got dirty looks from an employee and what I thought was a customer. I'm guessing employees come hang out off there shifts, because later on another regular dressed person was ordering a donut sat down at table next to me to eat it and then saw him behind the counter right before I left and when outside saw him driving away. Same as the gal I walked in with who gave me a unwelcome look of discuss, chatted with employee who was behind counter then minutes later was also behind counter and also driving off within the next 15 min. The gal who actually helped me was super sweet and helpful. I don't drink coffee and don't care to much bout donut brands. I really just wanted to get a quick charge on my phone to get an address. Last time I been to a DD was probably 6-7 months when I had a similar situation on needing a quick charge. Everything was ok at my first experience at the other DD. I bought a donut and coffee just for a quick charge. But at this new DD location I was disappointed with my experience with the young blonde male employee. I purchased a coffee, breakfast wrap, and donut. Sat down at a table where there was a visible power outlet and not only was it an outlet it was one that had the USB outlets for power cords. I plugged in my cord both in the USB and with my box and both didn't work. I asked if they were turned off or not working and the employee said his manager only turns them on when she sits at table and charges her phone. He added that they don't want costumers to sit down for hours on end to charge their devices. I totally understand, but seeing those outlets with added USB outlets at the table almost teasing you or laughing at you for fooling you was frustrating and upsetting, also them having a sign stating that seating was only for customers and only for 30min max was not making sense to me for them worrying bout having anyone sit down for long periods of time to charge a device. And to put the icing on the donut, this unhoused guy came in as I was standing up from table getting ready to leave and asked if I could get him a free cup of water because he asked for a cup of water and the same employee said water comes with purchase. So since he saw me about to throw out my trash from my purchase he asked to get him a cup of water so he can take some daily pills. I asked for the cup of water the same employee refuses to give me a cup because I would be giving it to the "homeless guy" ... I was surprised and asked really? You bring serious? He stands there looking away writing in a binder and after I stay quiet for a bit he says "are you done" only thing I could do is walkaway. I place my order through the drive thru. I'm not familiar much with their menu, but I have visited other locations where they have been very helpful with me to place my order. I order from the Sahara and Jones location and they were extremely helpful the girl eden told me "please try your coffee before you drive off to make sure you like it, I would hate for you to drive off with a nasty coffee". At the Charleston location, I asked what they had that was low calorie or zero sugar, and the girl on the drive thru was rude and said they didn't have that, but I know they do since I had ordered something from a different location then I started mentioning the coffee flavors and she was was like "Oh yeah we have those". I placed the order and asked what creamer was available that was low calorie or fat free milk she went again and said the same thing that she didn't have that, so I asked if they offer almond milk she said "Oh yeah" I went to pay like at my receipt after I paid, and the didn't tell me the almond milk was $1 extra, I get my coffee and it tasted horrible I mentioned to her and asked if there was a way she could add more milk she said "Oh, no you get what you get I can't put anything more" I said this coffee taste horrible she shrugged her shoulder as in I don't know, and said "there's nothing I can do" I left a bad review from my recipt link, I was contacted by the district manager or corporate telling me I should be hearing back from the store manager which I did a few days later, she emailed me saying how sorry she was blah blah blah and offer to mail a gift card or something for the inconvenience and it's been 2 whole months and she never sent anything. Not only was the customer service terrible the manager pretend to care and at the end they still didn't care to fix the issue, so...

Horrible SERVICE !!! I went around today 01/26/2025 around 6:40-6:45 and was treated super horrible from having to argue over a drink to the employees not wanting to give me their names ! I ordered two drinks a refresher and a iced matcha large both with light ice once I went to the window the employee which was a Hispanic female was already in a bad mood when she was almosting looking down at us she handled us the refresher was was fine and full and then handed us the matcha which was half full i have pictures ! We let her know and she closed the window we had to come back around and had no one answer at the drive thru speaker and when we got to the window a black girl with braces on of the employees saw us and tried hiding i will post the video I have of that once she saw us beep our horn twice she came to the window laughing and almost making fun of us we let her know the issue and she said that it was because we ordered light ice that the drink was half full but the refresher was a large and was full and it was light ice she said that that's how the company policy is and she can't do anything about it and I said can I get it remade then with regular ice and she rolled her eyes and went back we waited 5 minutes for her to bring out the same drink but FULL and when I say full I'll post the photo too on a seperate review of how full of ice it was it was basically now a watered down matcha so anyone that buys drunk avoid the shift at night because not only are the girls there rude the place literally closes at 8pm I know there not tired to have acted this way or maybe they just thought that they can just chose us to be rude to but this was a horrible...
