Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Sharing this starting off with some truth : I wrote this review originally on 7/25/25 and forgot to post it, but my feelings regarding this LC experience still reign true : the BEST LC pizza I’ve enjoyed in at least the last 5 years. When you walk into a LC nowadays you expect your hunger to be destroyed and feelings of joy regarding the delicious sensations brought to you by pizza. I don’t walk into LC anymore with any expectations, because every location (at least in Vegas), is just like a box of chocolates, except most of the chocolates are expired by 14 years and 89% of made-up ingredients are now illegal in the US. I know it can’t be easy being cheesy (working in any LC with a lobby full of super pissed-off customers who’ve been waiting for “over 40 minutes” for their ‘za), but I felt my experience walking in on that weary Friday night was all I’ve ever really needed. I knew walking in this was potentially gonna be a rough situation with some hard feelings involved, but upon a man bringing up an order for someone else standing in the lobby, I caught his attention swiftly and he came right back with my order. I was starving, as I feel most people usually are who are desperate for a hot and ready. I threw it in the back of my mom’s car as we drove home listening to Dateline radio. Tensions were regulated, as we settled in back at home with some Regular Show on the TV. I feared the opening of this stale cardboard box, knowing anything could’ve happened at this point of my Friday night pizza experience. I opened the box to find the best looking pizza any LC has ever hand-delivered to me. Dear lord this was it. And of course, my second thought is “there’s NO way it tastes as good as it looks”. Great news, it did. I can’t expect this kind of delivery every time through just any LC pizza, but this experience truly was one-of-a-kind and special in a way I’ll never forget. Service was good not great, those people were pissed in the lobby LOL. Can’t imagine they got to be as lucky as I was with my undeniably beautiful...

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER SERVICE is an UNDERSTATEMENT. Ordered 8 pizzas for a kid’s pizza party. I specifically ordered 2 pizzas WITHOUT cheese for a few of the kids. Got the pizzas to the party and what do you know, those two pizzas had cheese. Those looking forward to the cheese-less pizzas were so bummed and instead of having a full dinner had chips and salsa instead. Felt so sorry for them. But mistakes happen so I just tried to make the best of it and decided to call back the next day for replacement pizzas or a refund. The individual I spoke with on the phone was very unhelpful, short and rude, stating that despite my claim of ordering 2 cheeseless pizzas their POS recorded no cheeseless pizzas so they wouldn’t be giving me anything. I asked to speak with the manager, and to my surprise he said he was already speaking. I explained how I had placed the order online and have the receipt EXPLICITLY stating 2 cheeseless pizzas and would be happy to come to the store and show him the proof in order to get what we paid for fixed. Then this manager had the audacity to declare that despite whatever my receipt, whether physical or digital, and despite whether or not I drive all the way over there or not, I would NOT be getting replacements or a refund. With this mentality this manager is unfit for his job and they definitely don’t deserve your patronage. Additionally I called corporate and wouldn’t you know that they never followed up on my complaints to rectify the situation. If you like a great and inexpensive food option for any type of occasion, whether if it's for a huge party for birthdays, family reunions in the traditional sense at places like your local public park, a wedding reception, a business gathering, and EVERYTHING in between, OR if you just need something quick and simple to help provide you good food to feed the family for your dinner on those busy (or not so busy) nights, then Little Caesar's would MOST DEFINITELY be a place I would recommend for you to go to!!! Their pizzas are simple, and they do have a few options to choose from, as well as have other options like wings and breadsticks as well!!! Not to mention, their prices are VERY affordable, even for those that have a VERY SMALL BUDGET they have to abide by!!! Sure, some nights may have a bit longer of a wait time than others (ESPECIALLY on the weekends) but I REASSURE YOU that the wait is MOST DEFINITELY worth it!!! And their staff also has great customer service skills as well (ESPECIALLY when they may have EXTREMELY packed lines and may have to tolerate and deal with the most INPATIENT customers) and will make sure that you will leave their establishment more than satisfied, and have you wanting to return for repeat business!!!
