2/12/23 Shopped here today. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Store was neat and organized. Minimal wait time at checkout. Cashier was great.

This is a relocation from North Durango with the same set up. Seems like there's more merchandise since the aisles are more narrow and crowded. Customer service at checkout was good.

I visited Home Goods on Tropical Pkwy today. It was better organized. Seasonal items were displayed nicely. There were more furniture for sale at good prices. Staff was friendly and doing a good job stocking shelves and organizing. Checkout service was pleasant fast and efficient.

6/23/22 I revisited here today. Handsanitizer located at entrance. No masks required. Nicely organized. Displays well done. Lots of summer items and furniture. Unique things for sale. Staff was helpful.

8/30/22 Shopped here today. No masks required. Ample parking with handicap access. Store was neat and organized. Halloween and autumn items were available. Customer service was great. The cashier was very friendly and efficient. She remembered me from my last visit.

12/2/22 Shopped here today. It's the holiday season so it was crowded but everyone was nice. There were additional carts with items for sale in the aisles so you have to maneuver around them and the customers. Checkout was fast. Cashier was...

This location is brand new since moving from Durango/ 95. The location is better but the store setup is not. There was merchandise everywhere on the floor, which made it hard to maneuver a cart through the aisles. On top of the clutter, the store utilized multiple rolling carts to display more merchandise. This made the main aisles pretty much useless for getting from one place to the next. Due to the store being in a new location, the store is relatively busy. They had 1 or 2 cashiers at the front counter until the checkout line nearly reached the back of the store, then all hands were on deck. They probably shouldn't wait until that point to request assistance. Other than the store being run poorly, they do have a better stock/ selection of items than I have seen at...

HomeGoods is a fantastic place to find home decor, kitchen necessities (or guilty pleasures), and above all, amazing deals on brand names and items you'd usually pay three times elsewhere. The pet section is my favorite of any store, from elevated dishes to the best pet beds you'll find anywhere, they've got it! Their pet treats section is always our go to spot.

The team at Homegoods is always super helpful, cheerful, and eager to make your shopping experience even better; Kevin our cashier was simply amazing, his customer service was on point, he was professional and really made our day!
