Teriyaki Madness — Restaurant in Las Vegas

We usually go to the teriyaki madness in Aliante area by lvac after workout. I live closer to this one so ordered here. We ordered a couple of chicken katsu bowls ahead. When my husband went to pick up he asked for extra katsu sauce. They told him they were out but gave us the ones with our current katsu orders. THEY gave US 1!!! And for a couple of those orders. It would be common sense to notify us ahead or at least when he asked for extra that there was only 1 sauce. Why do we want katsu chicken with no katsu sauce. Then they say they gave us enough for our order but he gets home to find that was false. Costumer service here is terrible. I will only return to the Aliante one as the service there has always been great. Don’t go to this one!!! My daughters katsu was over done (a little burnt) also. I traded her for mine. Won’t...

Our first time at a Teriyaki Madness. It will be our last too. I ordered the Steak Teriyaki, which didn't seem to have any Teriyaki flavoring at all. The same could be said for the chicken dish we ordered. In general the food was fairly tasteless and interesting. We threw most of it out. The only thing we liked were the potstickers and the sauce they came with with not very good.

I got a medium bowl with white rice (no extra charge) and we also got a small bowl with noodles (a small extra charge). The total, with a drink, came to more than $40. That's way out of line for a fast food lunch restaurant.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. When I came in, I wasn’t greeted at all. I had requested curbside service and waited about 30 minutes in my car, but no one brought my food out even though I was parked right in front of the store. When I finally went inside, my order was just sitting on the counter, and the staff didn’t seem to care when I mentioned how long I had been waiting.
