Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Not the best location, staff needs more training. I go here for convenience in the mornings, also my choices are few and far and there is always an issue. No consistency with staff and their knowledge of taking orders or of the menu. Some charge for a substitution and others don't. Always forget items like a hash brown or orange juice or even the receipt and if you tell them they have the nerve to get the attitude. They can't even get the change right when rounding to the nearest dollar. Smh, ridiculous. The only thing that I can say if food is cooked fresh but that's what you're supposed to do as they say in the advertisement. Hey Jack in the Box on Craig and 95.....get you act together and start enjoying your job before you don't have one. I'm sure someone else would happily work in your position. I don't understand why this job is so hard everything is automated and has pictures. I guess I'll start making my breakfast in the morning and save the 15 dollars I spend 3 times a week, that's $45 a week, $180 a month, $2,160 annually and that's just on breakfast. Do that to 50 customers a year that's $108000.....Wake up...

I stopped to order a breakfast combo here. The young male on the speaker kept repeating my order wrong. I asked for a breakfast combo with a coke instead of coffee. The young man said "ok, we will give you fries." I restated that I wanted a breakfast combo with a coke instead of a coffee. The young man asked "what size coffee do you want?" I again repeated my order and the young man told me to pull forward. The manager was at the window and stated it was $13.00. I told him I just wanted the breakfast burrito combo with a coke. He stated that I had ordered a single burrito, fries, a large coffee, and a coke. I explained that the person taking the order must not have heard me. He became very upset and re-keyed the order. He came up with the correct charge of $6.00, but he kept huffing at me as he was re-ringing the order. He handed me the drink, and when the food was ready he threw the bag at me. I will never go to this...

Been to lots of fast food places and always get the same service. People talking over you and saying “anything else” after every item and then rushing you and being short with you or not personable. Just repeating the same basic words and trying to get you in and out of there. BUT, today ROBERT was so friendly, patient and helpful. He actually changed my mood for the day. He didn’t rush me when putting my money away or dangle food in front of my face while I’m putting my change away. He kindly told me to take my time. I also saw him being upbeat and positive and encouraging the other staff. We see a lot through the window and it was a nice change to see someone so friendly and positive who makes you feel like a person rather than just another car making them work. Thank you Robert!
