I think most fast food chain restaurants are hard to rate because if they getting the order right is the standard. That means getting it right does not motivate people to take the time to write a good comment as you would do in a place, such as a restaurant, that you don't know what the standard is. But, when they get it wrong, it does motivate people to give low ratings and negative comments.
I can only give you an evaluation of the customer experience I receive at this location.
I live very near to this location and visit at least twice a week. Full disclosure: I order ahead with the app and usually use the drive through to pick up. I have been inside many times, but only to pick up my order, because there are too many cars in the drive through, or I'm picking up food to deliver for Uber Eats. I have never ate in the dining area.
My interactions with team members has been a good one. On every visit the orders have been prepared correctly and in a timely manner. Special instructions have always been followed, including condiment requests.
The grounds outside of the restaurant are free of trash. The inside dining area was always clean every time I have been in there

Read more5 stars for the friendly gentleman outfront power washing and working hard cleaning the exterior. He wasn't annoyed when I asked if they were open and he had to stop for 4 seconds to respond.
Minus 2-3 stars for the irritated coworkers of his who acted like my presence in the drive thru was an inconvenience. The 2 girls even tried that late night ploy these night shifts pull when they lie about a system reset that I've been fed ranging from 15 to 5 hours before. This system reset lie is perpetuated by overnight employees who don't want to continue doing their job and tell customers their "system is resetting" for however many hours they makeup.
This place says 24 hours. I ordered via the application ahead of time, prior to their system reset lie. I had to continue the conversation and move it along as she kept silent. I felt more and more unwelcome at Jack in the Box as my logical questions forced her answers, She sounded like a disrespectful adolescent teen, imagine my surprise when I got to the window I was greeted by unsmiling 'adults".
