DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I always try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt when there is bad service. I hate leaving poor reviews because it is usually a one off experience. However, this place is terrible. I found a reasonably priced car for my dad who lives out of state. After working with David who was very professional, the deal was made and I was given a temp tag, and told I would get the title later. That title came in 2 and a half months later! We called multiple times and were given the runaround and that is was Manheim Auctions fault (where they purchased the car from). The car sat for 2 months because we could not register it since there was no title. Cars R Us took no responsibility for the issue and now will not pay our late registration fees due to them not sending the title on time. Before I start, I got a 06 Sebring at drive time, same day attempted to drive to Los Angeles and about 100 miles out, engine DIED.. and they supposedly have great used cars. Obviously one lemon made it onto the lot. Now at cars r us, I got a strong running 07 Xterra here, carfax was cool, got this right at Kelly blue book value & everything about how warranty works was all explained during the cash sale. Ashley didn’t TRY to bargain with me as I did not lowball offer. Quick and easy deal, Corey is the man, they let me bring my own mechanic and test drive over 20 minutes. Plugged in a code scanner and found no sketchy surprises. This definitely beats buying used on Craigslist as at least you got some sort of warranty. Bring a mechanic and u can blame them if there’s a hidden surprise that even the dealer cannot detect. Happy with the service...

The DMV has a compliance division start there! I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought my car there, heed the warning from the reviews..... they have 2.5 stars for a reason. If you already went through them and you're looking for your title like I've been looking for mine for over 8 months and calling trying to get it they are going to tell you that their title clerk is not in, then they're going to tell you she's in on Wednesdays, then she comes in at noon, then when you do talk to her give and give her your information, you still won't get your title so it's better just to go straight to the DMV instead of even calling them wasting your time, make a complaint at the DMV they have a compliance division you can look...
