Antojitos Sinaloa Mexican & Seafood Restaurant — Restaurant in Las Vegas

My family and I went here for the first time. They sat us down right away... however, it was a corner booth which wasn't the problem...there's a speaker right above it, BLARING music. Like the bass of it was pounding my head. We couldn't find the gal who sat us down so we just moved to a different table. It took forever to even get menus or our drink orders. Even the free chips and salsa was awhile wait, chips weren't fresh either. Seriously the wait time and any kind of service was ridiculous. There were two other tables that sat down AFTER us that got their food before us. So still waiting when a different employee comes to our table asking if there was ANYTHING ELSE we would like to order. We told her we haven't even received our order. She goes to check on it and literally just brings it out. Like...??? Was it just sitting there and no one picked it up? We weren't checked on at any time and they weren't that busy enough to be doing so. The only good thing was the actual tacos. They're pretty bomb. BUT THEN WE GET THE BILL...my dad had two carne tacos, my sister and I both had three carne tacos, one coke and one horchata...ten items?? $65!!! This first time experience wasn't the best at all. After almos a year that I did a review I went back to this place and for the most part it was almost the same except a few things 1, I ordered a shrimp and octopus cocktail and the octopus was very tuff to chew I think it was either over cooked or too old, the shrimp was a little less tuff but eatable, over all the flavors where good and as for the service very fast to take order but the waitress never went back to check how everything was, until I called her, the place is very clean and good atmosphere, the music is a little too loud but ok, when I arrived I was greeted by a tall guy with a mask and wasn’t sure if he worked there or not but he was very helpful and took me to a table right away an contrary to the server he actually asked me if everything was ok while I was waiting for my food, so to me he did care! The chips, salsa and the beans with cheese where very good I don’t even like beans but this ones were very good, I would definitely recommend this place and will go back...

My sister and I recently dined here, they have some of the best Mexican food in Vegas! They serve you warm beans, salsa and chips while you wait! I started with the shrimp empanadas, they were so delicious and creamy with a cheese sauce inside! I ordered the verde chicken enchiladas plate with beans and rice, it was yummy but my sister ordered the steak, chicken and shrimp fajitas that was so flavorful and juicy with rice and beans. The definitely marinate their meat! The fajitas plate is large enough for two people to share 😀. The service was excellent, everyone is really friendly. The decor and music is upscale yet traditional. They had live music and they come around and ask you if you want a special performance at your table. I loved the whole experience. They even have a large chair for photos! We will be coming back for my son's birthday! 😋 There is plenty if free parking and wheelchair...
