I was in the mood to have Chinese food, which doesn't occur often because I'm more of a Korean and Japanese food type of person. My wife and I were heading to Rampart Casino so we wanted to find a restaurant somewhat close to that property. After searching online, we found this restaurant and luckily for us, it was located inside Rampart. We didn't make a reservation, but we were lucky that they had a lot of open seats, to include outside seating. We ended up eating outside because the weather was perfect. The restaurant staff were amazing; from the hostess who sat us, all the way to our server. Our server, Frances, did such an outstanding job...she was friendly, efficient/accurate, and very attentive. In fact, as I was sitting there, I noticed that all the employees were moving so fast and were very professional to every customer - highly impressed with their operations here. We ended up ordering the Potstickers, Lettuce Wrap, Orange Chicken, and Mongolian Beef. We were fortunate that our server informed us of their "Happy Hour" because we arrived ~1 minute before it was going to end. I've experienced it before where a server wouldn't allow anyone to order anything off the Happy Hour menu within 3-5 minutes of the end time, so thank you for that. The food itself was amazing! The lettuce wrap was so flavorful and the texture was incredible. The Orange Chicken and Mongolian Beef were excellent; I was shocked how tender the beef was because sometimes the beef quality is a gamble at Chinese restaurants. I was especially surprised on the potstickers because it wasn't prepared like a traditional Chinese-style potsticker; it was more Japanese style...which is understandable since the menu contained some Japanese-inspired items. Regardless, I could've probably sat there and eaten those all night. Overall, this restaurant was outstanding! Between the price-to-quantity/quality ratio, customer service, cleanliness, and the ambiance, this restaurant is a must try for those that have never been here. If you have been here before, then you need to make a reservation at the soonest and head back for another wonderful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

I came here for dinner as it was the laziest choice since I was staying overnight at this hotel. I raise an eyebrow whenever I see a place service Asian fusion, so my expectations weren't high. I decided to play it safe and ordered ramen and some sashimi. The ramen turned it to be one of the best I've ever had stateside. Their broth was thick and intense with flavor, yet not too greasy. And it was easy to tell the chefs don't cut corners because the ajitsuke came out perfect. The sashimi was excellent also. Their fish were all very fresh. The rice prepared to perfection and served at the optimal temperature and acidity. Plus this was all in there middle of a very busy dinner service, so major props to the kitchen for delivering quality with quantity. If you've eaten through Vegas countless times as I have, Jade is a compelling reason to venture off the strip for a worthwhile meal on your next trip.

Most disappointing, especially for a restaurant within a hotel establishment that’s known for its customer service… Ordered some extra items, and asked if utensils were included when picking up the order. Came back to the room, and found none of the request had been met. Called to request delivery of the missing items so I wouldn’t have to walk across the entire resort, and was told they could meet me halfway (lame). Walked back downstairs and waited an extra 15 minutes beyond the time they said they would meet me, only to find back in my room that the items were incorrect once again. Frustrated, I called back and asked the manager (Philip) just simply comp the items associated with the issues, and I was told that could not happen and I would have to come back to the restaurant to try again. Being that this was a fourth attempt, and that my food had already gotten cold, I gave up. Don’t expect any accommodations here at Jade (or by manager Phil), at this well accommodating hotel chain. Also, food (that made it in my order) was subpar. DoorDash or GrubHub while at the JW is my suggestion. They were least reverse the charge when...

I had dinner twice last Thursday June 13 & Friday June 14. Positives: OUTSTANDING FRIENDLY customer service!!! From the ladies by the entrance, Supervisor Seiko, waitress Jennifer, waiter Huang, the employees that brought our foods to the table, Manager (forgot his name - Asian gent with mustache/glasses). OUTSTANDING food!!! Cashew chicken, Coconut shrimp, lobster on a broth ($49). Not salty at all!!! I hate salt :( OUTSTANDING booth w/ cushion seats, nice restaurant design. Negatives: Music too loud!!! Hard to understand the conversation. I want to enjoy such a wonderful place but by the same token, I do not want to loose my hearing. They do not have BROWN RICE which is a lot healthier than white rice. The plates are too narrow. A round plate is much better.

STILL, the SMILING, FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES are OUTSTANDING COUPLED WITH SUCH DELICIOUS FOODSIEEES. Keep up the good work. OF COURSE, I will definite recommend Jade Asian...
