My family and I have bowled here twice now and during both visits we were extremely satisfied. I could stop here, but I won't. Here's why I enjoyed both our visits here. During our very first visit, we bowled on 3 different lanes...and not because we had a big group. it was because our lanes kept malfunctioning, forcing us to move 3 times. Due to the inconvenience, the staff quickly acknowledged the frustration of my family and I (because we had to move our personal bag/balls, and personal belongings), and gifted us with free game coupons for our next visit. I really enjoyed the customer service of this establishment. Our second visit was phenomenal as well. I'm definitely not a professional bowler, nor do I aspire to be on the PBA, but I can notice when lanes are oiled adequately. There are a few lanes in the LV valley that are less than adequate, and Suncoast is not one of them. I'm not sure what it is about these lanes, but some of my best "consistent" games were bowled here - even my family agrees with me. The food served here is awesome - burgers and wings definitely hits the spot. I highly recommend this bowling center...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy kids and I go here like once a month. It's close by and fairly inexpensive, except for the shoe rentals which are very high. It s a good bowling alley to ist have fun and enjoy some family time. The equipment is in good condition and we always find the ball size we need. The facility is a little dated but I'm not so sure they can do anything about it. The restrooms were so clean and good smelling that I took the time to compliment the attendant for his good work. We have never eaten and the snack bar or bought anything food and beverage wise from there. We are usually there for less than an hour. A Saturday afternoon bowl of 2 games for 3 of us will run $50 including the shoes. There are even cheaper ways to go we just haven't availed them yet. Great place to get a couple hours of fun family time together. I was just thinking that maybe be they could upgrade the software and hardware for the game at each lane. Maybe too costly and increase the game costs. I heard they had great group rates which his how we found them as my daughters class went there for an end of year party. Costs us $5/head to bowl...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt was ok, the tables were disgusting thankfully I didn't need to use any. They had most of the people there bowling pretty close together. Since no one was cleaning the place or keeping an eye out anyway, the least they could have done was space us out a little. The service was ok, the attendants were very nice once they were helping you but I watched a family stand idly by and no one once asked them if they needed assistance. I work in mental health so I've worked through this entire pandemic whether I wanted to or not. I know how it is working with the public especially since I work with one of the most difficult populations, still there is a blessing in being employed when so many are not. I mean filling out an application, taking the interview, accepting the job and clocking in daily is optional, the least we can do is be kind to the people we provide a service to. It's difficult wanting to get out and just be normal as is, not greeting people and providing a basic standard of...
