Lousy service...waitress served our drinks & never came back to take our order. I had to go search for another waitress since I didn't see ours anywhere. The 2nd waitress took our order. They brought us a pizza & it was the wrong one so they took it back & made a 2nd one which was incorrect also. The only thing we didn't want on the pizza was pepperoni since my husband is allergic. The entire pizza had pepperoni so my husband didn't eat at all. By that time our kids were starving so I told them to just eat & I informed the waitress about the pizza still being incorrect. The waitress told us she would take care of it when we paid. When I went to pay, they took the drinks off the ticket. I told her & the manager that wasn't enough for all we went thru & my husband couldnt eat at all. The waitress told me I have to charge u since u ate the pizza. Well, we weren't going to wait for a 3rd pizza to be made. Is it that difficult to get the correct toppings on a pizza? We had been waiting for about an hour already. In addition, while we waited for the pizza, our kids played video games in which the games they tried were broken ( Big Buck rifle not working), puck missing from hockey table, other games just took the money & didn't work at all. We reported it to the waitress & she pointed to a sigh that there's no refunds on games. So, we got jipped about $10 on games that do not work. Our evening was ruined & we will never return to JC's Pizza. I tried calling the owner Joaquin the next day & was told he was out for a month. How convenient! Don't waste your $...

The lady at the counter saw me walk in and asked if I had a to go order I was picking up. Uh, no. I was told the pizza was good here so I thought I'd buy a slice.

She then told me the 2 slices for $7 was their best deal right now as it comes with a drink. However, that's two slices of cheese pizza, not pep, sausage or anything else. Any other topings would be extra.

So, I ordered the two slices special with pepperoni and had a seat.

She gives me my drink and I take a seat. Not too long later she brings the slices out in to-go boxes and asks me if I need a plate.

What? Why didn't she ask if I needed it to go or to dine in when I ordered?

The crust wasn't too bad and might be the best part of the slices as the pepperonis seemed like they were added as an afterthought. Especially frustrating is how the pep weren't actually being held to the pizza by the cheese and a couple fell off and onto the floor mid bite.

Also, maybe she's having a bad day or maybe she always acts like she's annoyed when customers come through her door, but if a friend of mine hadn't recommended this place I might have walked out on her attitude alone. As it stands, everything was sub par. I don't need concierge at a 5 star hotel level of customer service, but at least pretend you like customers.

I don't live here in Las Vegas and probably won't return in the foreseeable future, so no big deal, but if I was returning to the town I wouldn't be eager to...

Reply to the owners reply : ok so spinach or basil it doesn’t matter it was gross. Also.. “less than professional when met with a challenge” what?? She was awful. Period. There was no “challenge” it was a simple question that I asked respectfully. Last… the only way to make it up would be to refund or get another meal and why would I want to drive 5 1/2 hours to eat there again? Your response was a typical “pretend to be concerned” one. . When we first entered we were just getting drinks in between shopping the plaza. Waitress was really nice. Decided to eat and ordered wings for my husband and a caprese salad for me. When the salad came, it had BLACK spinach so I politely asked if it was supposed to be like that because I honestly didn’t know what it even was. She tells me “I don’t know ma’am I can ask the kitchen” in a rude tone. I was taken aback as she went from friendly to irritated in a matter of seconds. I mean is it unreasonable to think fresh spinach should be green and not back? When she came back she set it down without a word and when I thanked her she just said uh uh .. no apology , no asking if I was happy with the replacement .. NOTHING. The photo is of the bad pieces the cook left on my plate from the first time. We drove 5 hours to visit this plaza and frankly this was the ONLY place here that had this attitude. We will eat somewhere...

JC’s New York Pizza Department was a great find during our visit to Las Vegas! We were struggling to find any place open after 7pm, and this was the only spot we could find—and it did not disappoint. The pizza was delicious, with a nice New York-style crust, and the boneless chicken wings were equally tasty. What really stood out was the excellent service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed, even though it was later in the evening. The only thing that felt a bit unusual was the setting, as the restaurant has an arcade attached. At first, it seemed a little out of place, but once we settled in, it actually added to the laid-back, fun atmosphere. It ended up being a nice bonus, especially if you’re looking for some entertainment while you wait. Overall, JC’s was a solid choice for a casual meal, and we’d definitely recommend it—especially if you’re looking for a good, late-night option!
