Wings are $ 10 according to the menu.

What should have been a simple lunch transaction turned into an unnecessary headache. Mind you, I have grabbed lunch here once before with no issues.

Ordered a calzone and 10 piece wings. Simple order that I had to repeat again because the cashier was not listening when she asked me what I would like to order.

Asked for mushrooms on the calzone and the pizza maker warned me against it because the mushrooms are canned (yuck) so score a point for that. Also, both ladies are cool under pressure and provide good service, so there’s that as well.

However… I was overcharged by 70% of the menu price for the wings. I was not quoted a total before i put my card in to pay. There is no visible screen that shows your total, and the cashier was now on the phone handling an order.

When I brought the overcharge to their attention, I was told that they are not authorized to do refunds. Unacceptable… Not only is it very wrong to overcharge a customer, it is very wrong to not refund the card when the customers needs have not been met.

I asked to cancel the entire order. They called the owner. When they hung up with the owner, I was told he was on his way and maybe 30 minutes.

Unacceptable!! I need to be able to leave at the time that I asked for a refund with a receipt showing that my refund has taken place. There should always be someone on hand who can handle this request. This is not how a normal person does business.

I would not recommend doing business with this establishment as the potential headaches are not...

Whoever was working on 8/05/24 at 9:00pm needs to be re trained or something, we got this pizza, it got delivered with no sauce even though we ordered it with sauce obviously and cheese only on the top half, the part that doesn’t have cheese and is bubbly literally fell apart the second you touched it, whoever thought that was okay to send out shouldn’t be working there! The cheesy bread wasn’t fully cooked & didn’t even look like it usually does and they forgot our 2- liter when we called to ask about the pizza they told us they couldn’t fix it cause the guy who answered “didn’t make it himself so he can’t fix it” I’ve worked in service before I get that it can be stressful but to sit there and say “I can’t fix cause I didn’t make it” is literally insane, if you don’t want to work don’t work! We paid $60 dollars and ended up not eating anything! I’ve never left a bad review before anywhere but this was actually insane! I’ll be a Karen idc!!! HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS...

Holy Hell! I hope this review puts them the map for pizza! It's amazing!

I came in during their grand opening to pick up a pizza, a calzone, and breaksticks cuz my roommates wanted something cheap to eat. I'm so glad I did! It puts Dominos and pizza hut to shame! The flavor made on the pizza is perfect! they aren't stingy with the sauces and toppings and the best part was it took only 20 minutes for them to make the pizza on their GRAND OPENING day!

My roommate said the calzone was made perfectly for a meal without having to be put in a food coma. The manager Jacob even gave us his secret tip of mixing ranch and their marina sauce to give it that extra razzle dazzle. He said this place was opened by him and two of his uncles, another point!
