About a month ago, I went to this location through the drive-thru and was told the app with the 20% off was having issues. So I told them to go ahead and cancel my order, and I would go inside and try it on their touchscreens, and it worked. So, down the road, on 12/11/2023 I went through the drive-thru again. I gave them my code for 20% off, and it said they got it. The lady said, "Is that the 20% off? That code does not work with our machine for some reason." I told her, "Well, go ahead and cancel my order. I will come in and use the touchscreen because it works there. She proceeded to act like she did not know this. When I went inside and got my order finished, I let the manager know that the 20% off works on their touchscreen, and they should let the customer know this instead of ripping people off. She then just shrugs it off and says, I do not know. To say the least, this is my second interaction with terrible customer service, and I am no longer going to be a regular customer there because I have been for almost 3 years now. Whoever they hired this time around is going to make them lose business. This location has been upsetting lately, and it is a shame because my child loves the playground there. Read moreThe thought of an ice cold, large Dr Pepper, from McDonald's, had engulfed my entire ability to think about anything else, or have any sense of reason. To the McDonald's kiosk I went, where I pulled up my app, and decided on the free medium fries to enjoy along with my Heaven sent beverage. I entered my order, and decided on the "Pay At The Counter," option. I grabbed my receipt out of the kiosk, and waited unusually long at a line-less, empty counter. When I was finally acknowledged, by a rude employee, it was to inform me (in a demeaning tone) that I didn't do one of the steps properly, and needed to pay at the kiosk. I politely responded that, "I wouldn't have this receipt if I had improperly entered my order." I was then bombarded by multiple rude employees hurling degrading tones of, "You need to do it over, and pay at the kiosk!" I calmly picked up the receipt, and the exact change I had already set down on the counter in the anticipation of that amazing Dr Pepper that would soon quench my thirst, and strolled towards the kiosk. It just took 30 minutes for them to mess up a 4 drink order and another 10 to give me my money back and they don’t even have to work the registers at this location. I made my order on their computer and I ordered 1 large iced coffee and 3 large cokes with extra ice. It took them 25 minutes to bring my order. The coffee which I hadn’t asked for extra ice for had plenty of ice and the 3 large cokes only had 1-3 pieces of ice. I brought it up to the guy and he said “oh, our ice machine is broken,” I said can I have my money back bc that’s not what I ordered. 10 minutes pass and I watch the same guy that I had asked to return my money bring order after order out to other people. I asked for the manager and the kid said “we’re busy” and that’s when I got louder and yelled that I was here first and I’d waited over 30 minutes. It took them another 5-10 minutes after that to find a register with enough money since they no longer use the registers to take orders.
