This particular location is absolutely the worst. The management and staff are extremely rude and not properly trained in customer service, especially the management and a lot of the communication issues are due to the fact that a majority of the employees speak little English or cannot understand let alone speak any English at all.. it's horrible! This location is infamous for messing up my order no matter what it is or the time if day and when you try to address the issue for their mess up they are rude and treat you like the problem or mess up was your fault and a few times refused to replace or refund me my money. Try calling the store is nearly impossible, they NEVER answer and when they do it's someone who can't speak Englidh and hang up on you! 𤬠When you do manage to speak to a manager on the phone which is rare, they supposedly put your name in a book but when you go in to get your replacement food even with reciept in hand with the name of the person that you spoke with... they can't find your name and treat you like your a thief trying to get free food! 𤬠it's insulting and humiliating to say the least. Today my Daughter went to pick up lunch for us and asked them to drop everything fresh, nothing was fresh! Big mac not fresh, dried out and burnt 10 piece nuggets 1 large fry no salt..(not fresh & cold) 1 mcdouble, no salt, no pickle (it had pickles) and it certainly was not fresh. It was extremely dried out and burnt. GROSS! A nugget happy meal 2 large cokes. Watered down as if they were sitting there for a long time because the ice was almost completely melted. I received lack of active listening by the cashier taking the order and 3 managers. When both managers were presented with the original problem, they too did no practice active listening but dismissed the entire complaint. When asked for my refund and to have my food replaced, they not only gave me attitude but began to dismiss me as if I was irrelevant. 15mins go by, before they attempt to get the store manager on the line, after I asked to speak to the store manager to present the problem and request for it to be rectified. They did not allow for me to speak to the store manager; store manager chose not to resolve the problem correctly.
Problem: 30 mins to wait in line for me to order. Received lack of customer service by active listening and attitude by the cashier taking the order. Food was undercooked I.e fries were still white not a golden brown color we are accustomed to seeing. Spicy chicken was undercooked on the bottom portion of the patty. I requested for the disservice a complete refund and to have my food replaced for the inconvenience. Not only was I presented with attitude from both shift managers, no active listening took place. They made me choose refund or food, no in between. When asked to be properly acknowledged, they dismissed the idea that I ate undercooked food which I can become potentially sick.
The lack of training by this franchise or privately owned restaurant owner needs to be recognized.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst McDonald's I've ever been to first of all it took over 5 min before they even took our order, then we were told pull up to window for total then when we get there he never told us our total but on the order screen it said 17$ and some change but at the window it was 19$ we were then told it was tax and that the order screen doesn't show tax. Then to make matters worse as soon as we pull up to the second window right away they handed us a plastic number and told us to pull ahead usually if we order alot of food I can see this happening but we didn't and when we did pull ahead there were 5 other cars waiting as well so we couldn't pull in the lil area where cars that are pulled ahead to wait so we pulled in front of the store as I look in there is not one person eating or ordering inside so now I'm upset wondering why all these people are pulled ahead and if it was for drive thru times that are allocated by the company the employees took advantage of it . So after the 15 min wait for our food a manager walks out he was so clueless to what was going on in his store we asked him why this was all happening all he could say was I don't know I was on break see I've been a manager before and not to long ago and I was never aloud to leave store and not know what was going on . Then he goes inside and comes right out with our order and it was wrong probably because they took so long they forget a fee things I didn't even want to go back to deal with that so I had to eat something I never even ordered and yes that was my choice because I didn't want to go all the way back to wait longer and the rest of our food would be cold I didn't want to get stuck in that...
