If I had a way to rate this location with zero stars, I would! I received my medium French fries cold and extremely salty. I told the front counter person about it and asked him to make me a fresh batch that was hot and with no salt (since they don't know how to properly salt French fries). He gave them to his manager (Clark) who looked at the fries. From my table, I could hear him tell the employee "If he wanted fries with no salt, he should've requested them before he ordered". Now, mind you, I ordered from one of their kiosks. I did not know that you can request fresh, hot fries with no salt from one of their machines (I say this sarcastically)! I went back to the counter and said, "Excuse me"? He repeated to me what he told his employee. I told him that the fries were not only cold, but that they were extremely salty that they could give someone a heart attack from eating them! He then argued with me that the fries weren't that salty. When I got my fresh batch of fries, they were hot, but they were STILL SALTY when I asked him NOT to salt the fries! I wound up throwing them out! To top things off, some woman came in and spit on the floor right next to where I was eating! I will make sure that McDonald's corporate knows about this experience when I take their survey! They can keep their free offer, as I will NEVER visit that...
Read moreWell I was in this place tonight at 8:25pm everything was fine until I walk to the playground with the food for my kids and my self and this women that works there told me I can't go to the playground i know they close at 9:00pm so i was gonna stay there for like 30 minutes so she scream at me telling me I can't go there bcs am gonna make a mess and she is not cleaning after me bcs she has to go home soon and there was another couple with there kid and she say is ok if they stay but not us, I sit there and stay there anyways. I can't believe this, i just spend $25.31 and you're telling me and the way she came to me that i have to go. Read moreTo me customer service is everything and 1 mishandled situation can really change my mind about going to a place even if I really like the food. So without going into the long story...lol McDonald's needs to start placing the date and time of how long their strawberry cream pies have been sitting in the warmer. I frequently go there and purchase the pie along with a drink but every third or fourth pie I purchase has been very dry a couple of them have been unedible. I called them and they were not interested in what I had to say other than I'm very busy and I have orders to get out. I was advised they would give me a replacement just stop by, so I went there the next day and was told that they would not give me a replacement unless I have my receipt, irregardless of the phone call that I had previously with the supervisor Liz. So always keep your receipt so if you have any issues there's nothing they can say. And McDonalds tellers need to stop asking "do you want your receipt?" just give it to the customer so you don't have...
