This place does definitely not resemble their name. They do NOT make you feel like a VIP. Management needs a lesson in customer service. This is not a good place to spend your money. That is all they care about. It’s basically one small room with a very small place area. I saw no video games. They are so small that if they have a private party that is all they can accommodate. They will ask u to leave. They are closed on Sunday which is crazy! They require everyone, including handicapped adults” to remove shoes and have soaks on. Even to sit on the couch. If u challenge them on anything they are rude to u. There are much nicer kid play areas in Las Vegas than this one to spend your money at. This place will not make it long. I have more toys in my back yard than they have at this place.
After reading the owner or managers response to my review. I’m editing my message. I would actually love for them to post the video of me going in there. Because that is not how things transpired. When I walk in I ask about the hours and the cost to play. The girls at the front tell me That they are having a private party in 20 minutes and will be closing to the public. She said I should have called, but that I could fill out there forms and have a tour and a look around to check things out. I also mentioned that I would’ve called if my comment on her post had been responded to. Because It wasn’t I couldn’t find the post so I didnt remember the name or address. I proceeded to drive around the area trying to find it. I did not know their phone number or their name and I was looking for the original post so that I could call. Yes, I was with the teenager and a one-year-old. They are my grandchildren. Yes, my one-year-old sat on toy car while I was reading their pricelist , took their tour which last about 3 minutes because it’s one tiny room, I then took an important phone call. While i let my granddaughter , whom we had removed her shoes as requested so she could see if she was going to like it there , go check out the toys. Then I was Approached and asked to leave. I had been there maybe five minutes !!! Them saying I let my grandbaby play there is a stretch. She sat on a little toy car !! I was trying to see this was going to be something she would like to do. When I told the girl, I thought you said we had 20 minutes She said , yeah we have to clean for the party. I was more than willing to pay for 20 minutes. Mind you. But they didn’t give me a price for that!! I said ok fine. And we got ready to leave! She said I Stormed off? I walked out the door!! Yes that’s true My 16 year old grandson was getting his sister and putting her shoes on. That is because I am handicapped and I can not lift her! how is it storming off??? I am in so many parenting groups that I will tell every single one of them not to take their kids there. I have never ever ever been treated so rudely in my life. I have worked in customer care for 35 years! none of my friends are going to be interested in taking their kid to a place where if they have one party, they cannot accommodate anybody else. It is literally one room with two little side closets. One where they sit down and have pizza and one where they have a little karaoke. There’s nothing there for teenagers. My teenager grandson said that he would not want to stay there at all ever for anything. And like I said, I have more toys in my backyard than they had in that place. not to mention you do not speak to potential customers like that. Just how much do you think I should’ve paid for my grandbaby to sit in a toy car for a minute? I truly am curious how u treat children if this is how u treat their parents . Your business will be gone in a year. Unless it’s a money...

Read moreThere’s good and bad about this place. The reason I rated it three stars is due to the price being so high for an indoor playground verses what you get. 18.50 for one kid. The siblings is 16.50. It amounted to 36 something. The pass is for the entire day, but since it’s only the size of an office space I think it’s a stretch for the average family to stay more than a few hours. (My kids 3 & 5 wanted to finish up within 1 hour.) It’s a small, family owned playground (owner was very nice and gave a lollipop to each kid.) on the way out) I’ve been to almost all the indoor playgrounds in Vegas, some very well put together that charge less. They have motorized cars that are basically useless since they do not have the battery and cannot be driven. My kids were asking multiple times to get them to work, which I of course couldn’t. I don’t see the point of having two enticing cars that cannot drive in that space. The basketball area was a great addition that my boys enjoyed. The bathrooms weren’t super cleanly. Out of two bathrooms one of the doors lock didn’t work. It would probably benefit the business to have another employee on hand to tidy the space a bit. The actual play set is fairly small. They did have comfy couches and lots of floor toys. Ultimately, If the price was more reasonable I wouldn’t be as harsh. I feel other play places you pay less for more. I wish the owner well though and hope they can grow their business...
