My wife and I stopped here for the first time on 29 Sep 2023. We've always passed by this restaurant and mentioned how we want to try it, but always keep forgetting about it...well, that day had arrived and we finally got to experience it. When we walked in, I was shocked to see that it was a fast casual restaurant - for some reason, my mind was telling me that this was an actual sit down restaurant. But at the end of the day, it didn't matter because it's about the overall food quality/quantity and service.
We ended up ordering the Athenian Chicken Sandwich Combo, Traditional Gyro Platter, Kids Chicken Kalamaki, and Baklava Ice Cream. For the most part, everything tasted really good. The part that was less than adequate was the food temperature of the Traditional Gyro Platter - it seemed as though it was sitting out for a while before they brought it to the table. This was unfortunate because I was looking forward to some hot meat slices with my rice and pita bread. Additionally, the menu specified that the Traditional Gyro Platter was with "carved beef/lamb." It seemed as though I only received lamb meat. That is, unless the beef/lamb specification means it's lamb OR beef? Regardless, the flavor of the lamb meat was good; just cold. Everything else that we ordered was good; the tzatziki sauce was phenomenal...could've sat there and eaten a whole bowl of it with a spoon. Our Baklava Ice Cream ended our visit well; I didn't know what to expect with it - I thought it was going to be just Baklava with a scoop of ice cream on top. But instead, it was Baklava chucks mixed in to the ice cream which was outstanding.
The employees here are very friendly and attentive. Every time I looked around, they're moving fast and with a happy face which is very comforting to see while you're eating here. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, to include the bathroom (I can only speak on the men's bathroom). Some people would probably think that this restaurant is on the expensive side; however, I feel that the prices are reasonable - the food quality and quantity definitely matches the price. I really appreciate how this restaurant supports the men and women of the Armed Forces to include its Veterans - thank you for that!
There were some other items I saw on the menu that I'm interested in trying, so we definitely will be back in the future. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, both...

I recently enjoyed a delightful dining experience at Meráki Greek Grill in Centennial Hills. Overall, my visit left me satisfied with both the quality of the food and the level of customer service. While there were a few areas that could use improvement, it was still a positive experience.
Let's start with the shining aspect of Meráki Greek Grill: the food. The culinary offerings are undeniably delicious. From the traditional souvlaki to the flavorful gyro wraps, the menu highlights the authentic flavors of Greece. Each dish was carefully prepared with fresh ingredients, and the taste was simply superb. Whether you're a fan of meat, seafood, or vegetarian options, Meráki Greek Grill offers a variety of choices that cater to all palates.
The customer service at this establishment deserves recognition as well. The staff members are friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. They were knowledgeable about the menu options, readily offering recommendations based on personal preferences. Furthermore, the waitstaff ensured that drinks were refilled promptly and regularly checked in to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Kudos to the team for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
However, the one area where Meráki Greek Grill falls short is the time it takes to prepare the food. As a frequent visitor to various Meráki locations, I must say that the Centennial Hills branch seems to have longer waiting times even with the take out option. While the taste is undoubtedly worth the wait, it is still a consideration for those with busy schedules or limited time. Reducing the wait times would undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience and bring it more in line with other Meráki locations.
In conclusion, Meráki Greek Grill in Centennial Hills delivers a memorable dining experience with its delectable Greek cuisine and top-notch customer service. Although the extended wait times compared to other branches can be a minor inconvenience, the flavorsome food and friendly staff more than make up for it. If you are craving a taste of Greece in the area, this restaurant should definitely be...
Read moreFirst time customer. Place recommended by work colleagues. Ordered takeout traditional gyro platter & gyro meraki x2. Gyro meat was carved lamb & beef. Gyro slices were thick & tender w/ plentiful portions served warm. The fluffy, seasoned Greek rice that came w/ the platter was the best tasting Greek rice I've ever had and I've eaten lots of gyro platters from all over the US for many decades. The platter comes w/ four pita triangles that were soft & warm. A classic Greek side salad is included w/ the platter. I chose no onions. The Romaine lettuce was fresh & crisp & chopped in bite-size pieces. The tomato chunks were plump, firm & fresh. There were 5-6 whole black olives mild in flavor & some fresh spinach leaves & plenty of crisp & crunchy Persian cucumber slices. The Greek salad dressing on the side was mild without the tartness. The tasty, mild & thicker tzatziki sauce for the gyro meat is also on the side (would be good as a dip for chips or veggies). The two gyro meraki were really good according to family members. Everything was delicious w/ good-size portions. Prices were a tad high. Takeout counter staff were courteous & took orders quickly. Wait time for walk-in takeout orders took 5-10 minutes. Several chairs available for customers waiting for takeout orders. Call ahead or online order available. Place looked clean & tidy. Simple decor. More of a fast food-type setting. Highly recommend Meraki Greek Grill. They have several locations in the LV valley. Glad to have tried this great little eatery. We'll definitely be...
