While everyone makes mistakes, this the Worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to and I have been to several throughout the United States. Normally Chick-fil-A rolls out that southern hospitality but don't look for that here. I was thinking it was just a one off but I have had several of those. For example, I place my order and up size it large but you give me small. Another salad but no salad dressing or utensils. Workers placing derogatory names instead of your name. I reported to the manager and his response was okay and thst the person must be having a bad day because that's not their usual demeanor.
Make sure you verify that your order is correct before paying and after you receive your order. You want to ensure what you have ordered and paid for is what you're receiving.
To the owner of this location, you need to sit down with your management staff to ensure they're properly training people and that your way workers are not using derogatory names for customers in lieu of the customer's name. Don't be so desperate for an employee to take a space that you're hiring anyone that had no idea what customer service is and how the Chick-fil-A brand works. This also happens when you have a teenager manager who has no idea how to be a manager or do the job properly. Retrain all employees including management, so that they are not rushing and repeat the order to ensure the customer gets what they're actually ordering in using condiments and utensils.
My suggestion to potential and existing customers is to skip this location at its current state since it's evident the manager doesn't know what they're doing either.
The seating area inside usually appears clean but the staff don't pay attention to the trash as it's always overflowing each time I have been here.
They do offer outdoor seating on a small patio. I have only seen thst used once and it was for a child's birthday party.
No military discount is offered here.
If you want to see real customer service, then this is...

Love it? Hate it? How long have you waited in line? Let's be real. Our lines in The Woodlands, TX, and every airport location we've visited have felt like an extension of my work days. 😂 Plenty of time to scroll, text, email, or take a call. We expected it and made the best of it.
My oldest son came home with 102.9 fever yesterday, on his birthday, and asked for Chick-fil-A this evening. He has been sick most of the year, unrelated to this, and I feel so bad I would've given him almost anything. (I did veto his $450 robot request. 😆) Upon arrival, I was met with two packed drive-thru lanes and contemplated going inside. Instead, I checked the clock and settled in for the long-haul. You know what though? I had my food within 4 MINUTES!!! I had to wait for the two cars in front of me to exit.
If you are still waiting in line, I encourage your stores to learn from the NEW(ish) Chick-fil-A in Las Vegas/Centennial Hills. There were probably 5 employees outside taking orders, swapping lines, and delivering food but WOW! It was impressive and, in hindsight, I think every store we've been to here has been super efficient! They are onto something! Staffing and customer service!

Read moreI was happy when I seen this location was opening since it's right next to me, but since it's opened I've had a few bad experiences. Right when it opened I've gotten breakfast there and the biscuit mix seemed like it wasn't cooked properly because the biscuit was falling apart and the sweet tea was never sweet enough which was reoccurring for my first couple of visits. After that things were decent and I didn't have any issues until last week. My wife had placed a mobile pick up order around 10:20 am for breakfast, but I got there at 10:33am. They told me that they couldn't give us the breakfast because it was passed 10:30 even though we made the order before 10:30. I've never had that happen at another location before so I had to get breakfast somewhere else. Then today my wife did another mobile order and there was hair in her sandwich. When we called they said they would just give us another sandwich whenever we come back. I feel like that's not good enough because it's not about the money it's about the inconvenience of her not being able to eat her breakfast, they could've given us a gift card or refund the order at least. Not a bad location, but they have room for...
