Don’t waste your money don’t waste your time. It’s going to be some of the worst food you will ever eat so the evening began, me and the kids go in. We tell the waiter that we’ve never eaten at a Red Robin before so then the Manager comes over. Bring us some very old, looking steak fries,he puts down some ranch dressing and states that they make it in house abd its a special recipe, along with some fry sauce. The fry sauce was about the best thing they had going. We ordered fried pickles, mozzarella twist for the first round. The fried pickles were just OK Texas roadhouse has better ones …the twisted mozzarella sticks. they were OK however Chili’s has them beat in flavor and size overall the food seems rather like something you could get at the grocery store frozen section and cook at home. It didn’t really have a restaurant feel. For the main meal we ordered lemon pepper, boneless wings and fries a kids chicken finger plate, one barbecue burger, and one honey hot chicken sandwich. I also had the spicy margarita. The food was subpar. The hot honey was so full of honey it made it hard to eat and not really spicy hot. It was kind of nauseating because it was so sweet. The barbecue burger meat tasted very old did not have a fresh taste to it.. The meat was separated in the burger but I still ate it. Hell I thought the off color and texture was their style, in the end before we left, my daughter, threw up three times. She ate half the burger and sat quietly for about 10 minutes then pushed her way out of the booth and threw the sour food up. She couldn’t even make it to the stall. Hamburger meat was everywhere. I hate to say it was all over the bathroom - all the food she ate and I was getting sick myself. I needed a 7 up real bad. I believe it was from the burger that wasn’t very hot and look like it had been sitting for a while. We felt that it was old but we ate anyways we couldn’t even finish half the burger and my daughter started throwing up violently, we left such a mess and the ladies room , we crept out of there. I told the hostess on my way out that the food had made my daughter very ill and that there was a bit of a mess in the ladies room. She threw up in the garbage can outside the front door again we had to go back in because she needed more napkins to get herself together . I was nauseous when we left. Everybody was holding a stomach and not in a good way when I tell you, you donate your money to the local dog shelter and feel better about it. If you want something to eat do not go to the red Robin tropical restaurant location, you will not be happy with the food. You won’t be happy with the lemonade that taste like water. You won’t be happy with the cocktails have so much syrup and so little liquor that you’ll be throwing up Just because the drinks are so badly mixed. Even if Red Robin could give me my $120 back, it wouldn’t make me feel better. I’m mad about my time. I’m mad that you have the audacity to run a restaurant with the name red Robin that has the reputation of serving delicious food and at that location , it seems like all you serve is food poisoning …….if I could go lower than a 1 star I would. Today is 5/8/2025 at 10:15pm. My daughter still in the bathroom. We eat out a lot and this Red Robin has been my 2nd worst review ever. I rarely get this worked up...
Read moreMy spouse and I have never experienced Red Robin in Las Vegas, so we looked up the nearby location and saw that the closest location from our residence was, 7860 W. Tropical Parkway.
We entered the dining establishment, was greeted by our hostess and sat relatively swiftly. Our waitress came over and we were met with a warm engaging smile. She asked, what drinks we wanted, prior to taking our food order. My spouse ordered an Iced Tea and I requested a Heineken 0.0 or a Corona 0. She stated, she was unsure if they had my requested drinks, but she would check with the bartender. She returned shorty and stated, they didn’t have those, but they have O’Doul’s. So, I asked if they had a Corona Light or Corona Premier. She was unsure, but stated, she would check with the bartender. She returned moments later and stated, they didn’t have those either, but the bartender said she would come to our table to speak with us.
Approximately, two to three minutes later, the bartender came over and stated, “So, what are you looking for, because you’re asking for seven thousand things I don’t have!” I replied, “Do you have any beer without alcohol?” She replied, “O’Doul’s!” The bartenders approached, attitude and snarky behavior was completely unprofessional for the today’s climate and work environment. I then asked for water. The bartender then stormed off, as if my spouse and I were completely disrupting her daily task in a customer service setting.
The waitress returned, saw that we were clearly in disbelief by the bartenders behavior. She listened, carefully and with a calming voice apologized for the character of a teammate and requested that the Manager, later identified as Samantha Cotichio, come to assist in this matter.
Samantha Cotichio, was professional in this situation. She listened, attentively and gave her apologies for the subordinates behavior. She offered to compensate us with an appetizer or a dessert, but my spouse and I declined both options. She stated, that she would put in a request for the items that were not available to me, which I truly appreciated. Kudos to the above and beyond display of professionalism, that will have my spouse and I visit the location again.
Upon paying for our meal, it was discovered that there was a TMFamily25% Discount on our bill. Hats off to Manager, Cotichio and she needs to be recognized by her superiors.
The bartender is described as a Caucasian female, covered with tattoos to her neck and multiple nose rings. This individual needs training in dealing with the public or some form of diversity training. I’m unaware of the issues of others, but when you’re dealing with the public, in a customer service setting, your professionalism should always...
Read moreJackie was our server tonight and I have never had such a poor experience in my life when going out to eat. The restaurant was dead so there is no excuse for what we went through. When we gave our order we asked for fries for the table which we didn't get. I asked for several sauces on the side. Some of the sauce on the side I asked for was the sauce that was supposed to come on my burger. The sauces were not brought out to us and we waited several minutes after we had gotten the food for Jackie to even come over to us. She was too busy making six different trips to the table behind us and making sure they had everything they needed and playing around with her co-workers to even notice that we were never brought the fries for the table or the sauces. When I finally did get her attention I asked her for the sauces again because my burger didn't have any sauce on it and I wasn't going to eat a dry burger. I waited over 20 minutes and still didn't get sauce. Jackie never came back to the table and never checked on us. Within that 20 minutes another table was seated and they already had fries on the table and drinks. Delivered by Jackie herself. This table was next to us so if she had bothered to look at her tables and check her table that she had neglected (us), she would have seen that I hadn't even touched my food yet since I was still waiting for the sauces and since we still didn't have the fries that we'd asked for. I finally put my uneaten food on to the side of the table because at that point my burger had gotten cold waiting for some decent service. Jackie came over and asked if something was wrong and I told her I can't eat a burger without sauce and that none of the fries or the sauce was ever brought to the table like we had requested multiple times. She proceeded to blame the food runner instead of taking accountability for the fact that she never bothered to check on us in the first place. She refused to take responsibility for her poor management of her station. We had to wait another 20 minutes for boxes. Guess what? I had to request the sauces again because Jackie was trying to rush us out of there now that we had requested boxes and her tone was completely different. It was no longer friendly or nice and she didn't seem to care about serving us at all. She never once apologized for the experience and did not bring the experience up to a manager. My mom at that point was so disgusted by the lack of service and the rude behavior from Jackie that she had one bite of her food and put it in a box as well. After over 40 minutes of waiting for fries and sauces, we finally got them and paid our bill and...
