We always call our orders over the phone for all of our staff and Dr's and send one of our staff members to pick up the orders. Everytime I call this location it is to order 18+ drinks and have NEVER been denied taking an order through the phone. I called today to place 16 orders and the girl I spoke to said "I'm sorry but we can't take that many order over the phone". I asked if they were short staffed because they have taken up to 18 in the past. She kept putting the phone down and speaking to another employee as if I couldn't hear what she was saying to them. The first time I heard her say to an employee "OMG she's trying to order 16 drinks over the phone". The second time when I told her that I've done it in the past she put the phone down again and said to another employee "She said, well I have done it in the past" with a voice as if she was mocking me. She never denied being short staffed, she just said that they couldn't take my order. Our office is VERY dissapointed with the service from this location and they have lost our business. Only one person ahead of me. Sweet. They got their drink, people behing me got their drink, and the ones behind them and the ones behind them. The drive thru cleared past where I would have been. Well, I finally got my drink 15 minutes later and it was correct. But it's not like I ordered a strange drink. A decaf peppermint mocha frappuccino. Same drink. Doesn't take a longer time to make. But it always takes 10-20 minutes minimum. This happens at almost every location I go to. There are a few locations that it doesn't take much time but those are the rare exception. I used to go to Starbucks every day. It's now like once every 2-3 weeks. Soon I will be fed up and not go into any store. I'll just buy my supplies at the grocery store and make my own drinks.
