From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew this would be more than just a meal — it would be an experience to savor. The ambiance at this location always strikes the perfect balance between warmth and sophistication, with thoughtful touches that make the space feel both inviting and refined. Lighting, elegant decor, background music and a gentle buzz of conversation set everythijg beautifully for what was to come.
The food arrived with such impressive speed, yet it was clear that no shortcuts were taken in its preparation. Each dish was a masterpiece in its own right — thoughtfully plated, expertly seasoned, and bursting with flavor. Every bite felt deliberate, as though the kitchen team had taken great care to ensure the highest standard. The team really takes pride here at this establishment. From appetizers to desserts, not a single course fell short. It’s rare to find such consistency across the entire menu, and this alone deserves high praise. I cannot say enough.if you are reading this, do yourself a favor and have the Steak Gorgonzola, the return is even BIGGER&BETTER.
What truly elevated the experience, however, was the impeccable service. Javier, in particular, deserves special recognition. His attentiveness never wavered throughout the night. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, checking in at just the right moments without ever feeling intrusive. Javier’s warm demeanor and professional poise added a personal touch that made the experience feel even more special. It’s clear he takes immense pride in his role, and it does not go unnoticed, at least not with me.
Altogether, this was a flawless lunch meal. The harmony between the food, atmosphere, and exceptional service created a dining experience that felt both effortless and extraordinary. It’s the kind of place that lingers in your mind long after you’ve left, calling you back for another memorable lunch. Without hesitation, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in search of culinary excellence paired with truly outstanding hospitality. Javier makes hosting my colleagues for lunch...
Read moreCame in for lunch with my friend; while we were looking at the menu, saw they had baked pastas advertised at 13.99 on a sign in the middle of the table. I asked the waitress what the differences were between the lunch special Alfredo and the baked Alfredo and she told me about the baked Alfredo had more cheese and how it came with chicken (did not mention the 10 dollar price difference) which I don't think she omitted intentionally, but that's a BIG difference between the two. Assuming it was 13.99, I ordered it. After the first two bites I knew I wasn't crazy about the seasoning in the tortellini, but I figured it was too much work to send back and have them remake the lunch pasta(if i had, they probably would have just cancelled out the original cost and charged me for the new one, which would have been a better option if i knew). When it was time to pay, I saw that my order was nearly 30 dollars due to the pasta being around 24. I asked the waitress about the cost and she offered to get the manager. He admitted the signs were misleading but that I should have read the small print. He offered to try and discount it down for me, which brought the total down to about 22 dollars. I realize I shouldn't have relied on the staff to tell me how much it cost, because I should have looked more closely at the small fine print, but as I told the manager, it seems a little predatory that the signs say 13.99 in much larger print and have everything else that's relevant in much smaller writing. But when I explained that I had asked about the lunch special first, the jump in cost should have been one of the things mentioned. I don't think it's directly the staffs fault, but maybe a training opportunity to avoid a situation like this in the future. The manager told me it was going to cost more due to the Alfredo being expensive, and the amount of chicken on the dish. My point being, I wouldn't have ordered the more expensive dish if that was something I was aware of. I would have ordered the 11 dollar lunch special that I initially...
Read moreI love to take my daughter on little lunch dates, just her and I. Olive Garden is normally our place! The other day, I went to this Olive Garden and sat for lunch service. It was taking a while, but that's fine. We weren't in a rush. My daughter and I had soup salad a smoothie, and I had an adult beverage. My daughter had to go potty, so I got my purse and phone and got up to take her because it was just the 2 of us. A different server said, "Have a nice day". I told him we weren't leaving. I just need to take my daughter to the bathroom, and I asked where it was. I took her to the bathroom, and my table was completely cleared, and they were trying to reset the ziosk. We were gone less than 5 minutes. My drink was basically full. My daughter didn't finish her soup, and I wanted to have my salad it was untouched. It took longer to get water than it did for them to assume I dined and dashed with my daughter... I just asked for some to go bowls of soup, didn't ask for a replacement drink, paid my bill, tipped 25%, and left. I always take my items with me because I don't want to have someone take my stuff. But now I feel like if I don't ask permission to use the bathroom with my daughter, people will just assume I'm a criminal... I really tried not to think about this occurrence 2/6/2024 around 3 pm, but it really made me sad. It's not like they didn't have other open tables, and they needed mine. This has never happened to me before, and my daughter and I eat out a lot. I still love Olive Garden. I just will probably not...
