Miz Lola's Pizzeria & Grill - Sahara — Restaurant in Las Vegas

My 1 st tune ever entering Lolo’s spirits and wining just to kill time. I was greeted when I walked in. I stood at the counter for 5 min before I was addressed and when I was addressed I asked for a players card. I was told she couldn’t print the card out the world have to mail it after completing the application. I decided to sit down and play buffalo while she completed my application. Not even 3 minutes later she returned and said come back at 4 when the guy gets in he’ll be able to help you. During that time I still wasn’t offered a drink. I put $100 bill into the machine I wasn’t feeling the vibe. I hit the cash out button running I would get a voucher and realized it said cap attendant. Again by this being my 1 st there I assumed that the attendant world bring me my cash. Never the less trust never happened. So I went back to the counter and watch the young lady service everyone and she looked at me I said my machine didn’t give me a voucher it said see attendant. She just recently gave the guy on the side of me his cash then she proceeds to hand me 19.50. My cash out was 49.80 I said excuse me I was supposed to receive 49.80 she then walked to the guy she served before me and said I gave you 48 $ he said no you have me 29 he was originally supposed to had revive 19 I show her my machine that said cash out 49.80 she said ok. The guy she over paid came back with a 20 Ave said just give me 10 back she looked relieved then she proceeded to hand me 49.50 I said my cash out was 49.80 she said will that’s so I have. I didn’t argue just really frustrated. Typically, if you don’t have chance you let the customer no ahead of time instead of hoping that I want going to count my change. Long story short I tore up the application and I will not be attending any other LOLO’s gaming! That left a bad vibe and...

The staff here is amazing. I’ve only been here twice and had two different servers. The food is great, and I used to work at a great pizza joint. I’m a total pizza snob, and I bought pizza for a coworker here. She loved it. They have awesome specials and I’m sooooo tempted to change my diet “cheat day” to Tuesdays because they have half off pizza that day. There is gaming machines and a bar, but what I’m into is the food and service. There’s several locations around the city. The one in Maryland Pkwy and Sahara has great food and staff.

7 months later: I go in for the lunch special, and there is a different bartender and he said a different cook. They shorted my order and didn’t give me fries with the lunch special and it’s stated on the menu the chicken fingers lunch special comes with fries. When I told the bartender they shorted my order he just passed blame onto the cook. That’s ridiculous. Own your mistakes man. I’m kinda done with this place now. The new bartender and the new cook have made me unlike this place. My bad, but I don’t think I’ll return. What really pisses me off is I tipped the guy for poor...

I go to a Lola’s and their cook never showed up. I then go to another Lola’s where they don’t sell food which is partially my fault. Then I make my way to the other Lola’s that serves food and I wait outside for almost 7 mins just to be let in. I order my drink and it’s prob one of the worst bloody Mary’s I’ve ever had. I go ahead and order my food and the bartender is like shoot if you were here 10 min sooner you could have gotten half off breakfast; I tell him my story and he tells me he’ll still honor the half off . Very nice of him. I then continue to wait nearly 45 min for a burrito and there are only 2 other people in the bar that already were served food. This whole time never did the bartender ask of I wanted another drink and only find it he never passed the order to the kitchen. I finally get my food 50 min after ordering and the bartender doesn’t keep to his word of giving me the discount breakfast. Needless to say, I’m by far disappointed in the service here.
