My reviews currently have over 46K views on Google. I went there last night to order a carry out meal. I get to the order lady to tell her what I would like, and there were only 3-4 pieces of Beyond Orange Chicken left in her bowl. I wanted to order 2 plates with the Beyond Orange Chicken, and they surely did not have enough for my order.
My mind had a flashback to the last time I was there 3-4 weeks ago....when they once again had only 3-4 pieces left. I then had to wait 20-25 minutes for them to cook a new batch of Beyond Orange Chicken!!! I wasn't expecting to wait THAT long, as a matter of fact, I thought that you just walk through their line, tell them what you'd like, and they place it in your container, then you pay and go. Those people there DIDN'T do ANYTHING for the inconvenience of them making me wait THAT long for my order, no discount or anything.
Back to my most recent visit last night. So, I told the order lady of my prior experience, and then I decided to speak to a manager. I told the lady manager of my prior experience. She did apologize however, she made EXCUSES as to why I had to wait that long the last time.
The ONLY reason why I didn't have to wait 20-25 minutes last night was because one of the people in front of me ordered the Beyond Orange Chicken. They had already begun making the next batch for the other customer. I would have be SO heated once again if I had to wait ANOTHER 20-25 minutes!!!
I suggested to the lady manager that they need to make larger batches of the Beyond Orange Chicken. I said that people don't come in here to order this kind of food thinking that they would have to wait 20-25 mins like they would at sit down restaurant.
The lady manager did not offer to discount (or anything else for) my order last night. She DID NOT offer ANY solutions to this problem. I DO NOT recommend this location!!!
If they get their act together for us vegan/vegetarians this could be a place where we would actually LIKE to come and eat at, as of now at least this particular location, needs to get their ACT TOGETHER and figure out how to NOT inconvenience the vegan/vegetarians who choose to order their "new" Beyond...

The manager has an attitude every time that we come in, and she makes us feel like we are bothering her when we order. This location never has enough food prepared and is always out.
After waiting in line for 10mins, she told us it would take 5mins for teriyaki chicken since they were out. I asked if it was going to be a true 5mins and she put up 4 fingers and said 4 now. Then she walked away from the line and came back texting on her cell phone right over the food.
20mins later the chicken was placed in its spot on the line and left there. 5mins after that, I asked if we could get my daughters order, and the manager pointed at another worker and said, "You work with him."
My wife and I picked up our dinner from another restaurant. My daughter asked for Panda, so we made an extra stop to get her a cub meal. We expected 5mins top. We didn't expect that my wife's and I's food would be cold before my daughter would get her dinner. 37mins for 1 item and a side is ridiculous. On top of that the meal is supposed to come with pre-packaged dried apple slices a drink and a fortune cookie. When we got home the fortune cookie and the apple slices were not in the bag. This was the reason that I decided to update this review. Waiting 37mins for a kids meal is absurd but it is not going to get me to write a review. A rude manager might get a bad review but missing out on half the items for my daughters meal will definately get a review every time.
This is no where near the same level of service that other locations provide and definately not the level of service a manager should be providing.

I ordered one big plate and a bowl and I paid but I had to wait for an entry since they didn't have broccoli beef and I had to wait next to a fridge with my friend and we waited for about 4 to 5 minutes and a team member, a lady who's name is Ileanne, asked me if that bag in the counter was mine and I said yes and she asked me with an attitude to remove it from there, I didn't say anything and I took my bag and I put it on top of the fridge. The other thing was that she asked me what I was waiting for, and I told her I was waiting for the broccoli beef and she didn't say anything. When the food was ready, she took the container and I saw her bringing the container and I grabbed my bag from the top of the fridge and I opened it so that she could place the container inside, but instead she just threw the container on top of the fridge and turned away with an attitude. My friend and I looked at me and he didn't say anything and i got shocked. I don't know this lady at all, but this lady needs to get fired. She doesn't need to be there at all. She doesn't need this job because she really has an attitude.
The lady who attended me when I paid is not the same as the one with the attitude. Ileanne is the name of the lady who was rude and had an attitude.
