El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Las Vegas

We have been to this location 5 or 6 times recently on different days and at different times. Every time the place is dirty, floors and tables both. This time we went on a Saturday at 7pm. There was only one couple in front of us and one family seated. When it was our time to order there were only two chickens on the front grill and both looked like they had been there awhile. They were both black all over. I told my husband I hope they don’t try to give those to us. We ordered the 12 piece and when they opened the box sure enough the pieces were burnt. I told the girl behind the counter I was tired of getting black chicken, why couldn’t I have the chicken on the back grill. She left and asked another person. When she came back she said they weren’t ready. They looked fine to me but since that was the answer they always gave I just took my food and sat down. And as usual the floor was filthy and we had to clean a table off in order to have a place to sit. The service table next to the soda machine was filthy and so was the machine itself. The windows were so dirty you couldn’t see out them and it was on the inside not the outside. Then against my better judgment I tried using the restroom before leaving. I have never seen a restroom so dirty. I don’t see how the employees could stand to use it. I’m sorry I gave this location several changes and always the same results. I have gone here 4 times and have not been able to get any chicken at lunch or dinner time because they are out. This is at the West Lake Mead and Jones location. Also do not order online because they don't tell you if they are out of something until you get there. I ordered soup on a Sunday night. When I got there they told me they were out of soup. I asked for a refund since I had paid online and I got told I couldn't have a refund but if I wanted a small side dish I could have that. I will not go there anymore. They are next to a KFC so from now on if it's chicken I want I will go to KFC.

3/22/18 I decided to give them another try after 2 months. The service is still bad. I ordered churros with my order and when I got to the car and checked my order they were missing. I went back in to get them and the counter person gave them to me but only after the person that served me said she forgot to put them in the bag and she realized it just as I got to the door but made no attemp to get them to me. I don't go out that often and I don't eat that much nowadays so I was by Walgreens picking up my medication and decide to stop in to El Pollo loco cuz it's the only thing nearby that has at least chicken and something that I can eat this can be good for me. They have a special right now that's two tacos for $5 I've been into one of the tacos and it literally shredded into pieces in my hand. The chicken inside the taco tastes more like a paste than chicken. I also ordered the double chicken avocado salad. If this is what you mean by double chicken then no wonder your dining room is completely empty.. My salsa was damn near Frozen like almost everything in my salad but though beans and rice were hot and the chicken was hot and it says it's on the wall that you make salsa from scratch daily but I have these salsa del Sol packets that taste like crap and I was totally disappointed.. however I do have to tell you your customer service was absolutely superb there is nothing bad I can say about that the crew that you have working for you is absolutely excellent they need...
