We’ve tried a handful of other companies and let me just say: The quality and taste is amazing versus some other meals I’ve had tasting bland. The price is unmatched. Delivered to your door with portion sizes that don’t disappoint. We’ve also done a couples cooking class at their physical location where Chef Andrew taught us how to make a Beef Wellington. One of the best experiences my wife and I have had on a date night. They are involved in the community and volunteer their time to teaching kids how to prepare healthy meals for themselves.

I’ve been getting the good life meals for a year now and enjoying one as I type this. I’ve tried other meal prep companies and none have this quality, taste or customer service. We get meals delivered every sunday and usually stick with the same meals because they are soo good. My toddler even loves them and helps me as a busy mom.
