We've gone here multiple times to play pool and have ALWAYS enjoyed a good vibe environment, with great customer service. However, the bartender Chris *bartender wiff experience" as he called himself... ruined that and our other group's experience we brought there. We put $60 in gambling, no comps even though he said he took off 1 draft beer. Our friend PUT IN $400- not 1 comp. Other friend put in $100, no comps. All 3 parties we brought in left with no tip, and a little side note on our receipts if the manager wants to see and view the camera. He should not be a bartender, nor lie to customers that come usually all the time when our friends come and we want to go to our local bar to play pool. Horrible service and definitely won't go if I walk in and see him behind the bar- I'll take us and our party elsewhere. A bad bartender can ruin a company's reputation, Chris was awful. Went there to watch a playoff contention game. Prior to the game the touch tunes was on. I played 7 or 8 songs. The bartender turned off my music for a new version of the same kind of music. Lost 8 dollars. Game comes on and we were told "a stronger gambler" wanted our machines (we each had money in the machines). When we refused to move is when the service dropped. Ignored, talked down to and down right disrespected. At 30 seconds to the 1/2, she turned on the music, but the juke box was off (I lost another 5 or so dollars). Then she turned on a "nothing burger" VGK game audio. We left. We won't be back and I live in desert shores. Went to seirra gold and the game was on. Don't go here. No food program and crab apple level bartenders. 7 bars within 1 block, pick...

This place is a joke. They frown on winning. If you play 20 dollars.. And win one hundred(100) you are required to cash out your credits, before you are given another drink. So my suggestion is if you count your play...cash out every $20 coin in even if you lost/won only twenty-five cents (.25). Because if you win you will be penalized for it. Plus; earn one hundred in free play... That counts for nothing. So just don't play enough to earn anything because all it does is hurt you. Go somewhere else!!!! Where you don't interfere with their text...
