Roberto's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I wish I could give this location zero stars. They leave the good name of Roberto's stained and disgraced. Everytime my wife uses the drive thru we ask for green sauce. We do our part and give them money, usually never under thirty dollars per visit. Half the time we get no sauce red or green and the other half of the time we get two sauces. This has gone on and on and my complaints get no recognition. I've asked to take my meal back and be refunded over this and to no avail. Manager is only on the first shift so if you go for dinner here and there is a problem they can't help you. There should always be someone working that can resolve a problem. Why should the customer get wronged when we did our part and gave them money for a service. Nobody wants to eat taco shop without sauce. It's ridiculous for this to be a problem but it is at this location. This location will never see one red cent from us again. There is another one right down the street. If your reading this do not give them the pleasure of your business they are undeserving of that opportunity. The person I talked to was marc. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!! Poor customer service on top of that they skimped 2 of my burritos and COLD lobby was DIRTY! Had to clean my sitting area it took 10 min to order bc the lady was taking drive thru orders okay fine then she was rude and rushing didn't even let me finish ordering had to come back and order my drinks when she wasn't busy then I payed $5 for 3 pieces of shrimp she said 5 go in the burrito for 5 DOLLARS!!!! SO a dollar for each shrimp LOL buh I only got 3! Hardly anything in the burrito so basically $17 FOR A TORTILLA!!! I spent 51 for my whole order and plus I tipped bc I thought at least the food would be great nope skimped and COLD! She said she don't know thats how it comes and she can't do nothing or fix the problem! I usually go to the one on rainbow across from my work buh that day was my day off and wanted a Cali burrito with shrimp so I decided to go down the street from my house never again I will take the drive to rainbow! So if you want great food and customer service go to 6435 S Rainbow Blvd Suite 104, Las Vegas, NV 89118 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Wouldn't waste my time or money here...

So dissapointed in this place we ordered a carne asada nachos and a chicken nachos, It looks like they were in a hurry or plain out just dont care what they are doing because the chicken ones had old cold french fries mixed in them?! WTH! And the carne asada ones had a glob of sour cream under the chips and they put the meat on top and forgot to add the guacamole, pico de gallo and cheese! They looked discusting! I didnt even eat them!!! I called to complain the girl on the phone was nice but i didnt have a ride to go back, to be honest i was also afraid to they just might put something else thats not food in them!!! It shows they really dont care the garbage they feed thier customers! Sad sad sad😢😠☹!!!!!!! I WISH I COULD RATE THEM LESS THEN 1 STAR !!! And to think this once was one of my favorite places to go,...
