Firehouse Subs Westland Fair — Restaurant in Las Vegas

This was a disaster experience no doubt! From the beginning to the end, employee(s) very rude and obnoxious; actually way disrespectful interaction!! Walking into the store we were greeted with "mmmm are you guys going to be ordering food?" (like hello thats why we are opening the door and walking inside is to place our order!) After eating my boyfriend used the restroom while I finished cleaning up our table and then walked outside to smoke a cigarette until he was ready to go. All of the sudden I hear loud screaming back and forth; my boyfriend and whom greeted us at the door I guess I could be the shift manager perhaps based on his conduct throughout our visit. The commotion was because someone was banging hard on the men's restroom door while he was still inside and kinda startled him so he exited and then when almost out the front door asked the manager if he was the one banging on the door or what cause it was very uncalled for was not like he was in there for very long at all and we were paying customers (our bill total was $33.33 believe it or not so that was about the coolest part of this experience to be honest, every other part was ridiculously uncalled for for lack of better terminology; ok well let's NOT forget about the awesome pastrami sandwich, unfortunately I ordered the steak and cheese which is a let down but at least i got to try my boyfriends pastrami sandwich which is the only sandwich I will order from here again but for sure for sure NOT from this location ever again!!! My apologies for the long review although I do believe it had to be said so hopefully it does not happen again best...

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. I came here for lunch one day in July 2022 and ordered a sandwich and macaroni salad.

The cashier gave me macaroni and cheese! Why disnt she say we dont sale/provide that. Shouldn't she know the menu better than me?

I had not gone to a Firehouse sub before. So, when I realized the mix-up I called and said I want a refund for the Mac and cheese. I wanted Mac salad.

So, the manager said NO refund cuz I waited to long to bring it in. I said, there is NO language on the receipt specifying a time I can return. I called that should be sufficient.

Ok, then I asked what about a credit towards my next sandwich. I was sick and on the other side of town.

The person I spoke to said, whenever you're on this part of town. Bring in your receipt, and the Mac & cheese

She gave me an number to the customer service center in Florida. I called Florida Quiznos CS customer care supervisor. I requested a manager, but everybody in the nation knows what it means when youre told there's no manager available LOL!

I was told someone would get back to me w/in 24-48 hours! I am still waiting for that call/email over a year later! This says a lot about integrity of Quiznos, allegedly!

There are a lot of places that makes good sandwiches GO to one of them! A place that respects the customer(s)! Thanks for reading this if you made it...

I used to get the best service from this restaurant and then when I started working from home I started ordering out a lot online apps and trying to get the food delivered. Every time I order from these people for takeout or delivery the order is all wrong. Today's sandwiches had nothing on them a little bit of sauce meat cheese closed up and that's the end of it. Driest sandwich I've had ever. I left the check marks next to the items that I wanted. I didn't delete anything. Tell me why a sandwich is supposed to have lettuce tomato onion and mayonnaise on it has absolutely nothing but a little bit of barbecue sauce cheese meat and a dry sandwich bun. This is the third time in the last few months that I have ordered delivery and it comes out wrong and I'm not going to order delivery from them again. I feel like it's the type of place that you have to be there and watch what they're doing to...
